Chase laughed at Brent as he found Alex amusing. It was kind of amusing to see Alex stress like this when it wasn't even his wedding, even though it was supposed to be. "Alex... you don't have to polish my shoes. Who's going to be looking at them." Chase told Jay with a slight smile. He thought Alex might be over doing it a bit.
Breaking away from Alex's fussing over his hair, Chase went over to Brent. "You're so cute when you're protective of our daughter." He smiled before kissing Brent softly. "But I still hope Reid comes in and yells at you. It'd be funny to watch."
"I think he needs fussing over, Alex. His hair is all Brentish right now." Chase told them both with a smile. Chase loved Brent's hair. Wagging his eyebrows, Chase mouthed "Watch" to Brent before taking a deep sigh. "Is it hot in here, or is it just me." He said as he ran both of his hands through his hair, messing up what Alex just did. He sent Brent a wink, trying not to crack up laughing.

"Don't worry... you'll get your Rosita back." Alex sighed defeatedly, turning around to Brent and fixing his hair, teasing the more unrulier whisps into place, despite him saying he didn't need fussing. Alex's face fell when Reid was mentioned once again. For obvious reasons he didn't fancy bumping into him more than he needed to today. The constant "we were meant to be getting married today" was torturous.
Alex's thoughts disappeared in an instant on seeing and hearing what Chase did next. The spanish wizard's face darkened and he fired a stormy glare in the groom-to-be's direction. "You did that by fucking purpose." Alex growled, turning his attention to Chase's now unkempt hair. He began to tame it again and not taking much care if his fingers just so happened to snag sharply on his hair. "You guys... I just... want it to be perfect since... never mind. Make sure you're ready. You've got ten minutes." The young man swallowed and headed for the door, giving them some alone time. Alex wasn't helping anyone calm down, he was probably just stressing everyone out more. He needed a drink. But just one. He needed to stay sober-ish at least for a few more hours. "And when I say ten minutes. I mean ten fucking minutes."

[/i] to cute to be yelled at." Brent smiled innocently, whatever. Reid loved him, he probably wouldn't yell. "No, no! My hair's fine!" he protested, narrowing his eyes at Chase. Yes, his hair was all Brentish right now, but that was how Brent wanted it to stay. He clearly didn't have a choice though as Alex came over and ruined it. He was soon laughing again as Chase purposely messed up his own hair to annoy Alex who then came and fixed it again, just as they'd expected. "It will be perfect, okay? And so will your's." Brent smiled a little sadly at Alex, reaching out to give his shoulder a gentle squeeze as he headed towards the door. Brent hoped he was right in thinking Alex was upset over the fact he wasn't marrying Reid today as they'd planned because... well, Brent wasn't even going to think about it. Then his eyes widened, the earlier panic he'd felt returning. What? "Seriously, t-ten minutes? O-only ten minutes?" [/color][/ul]

Chase smirked at Brent as he giggled. That was the cutest sound in the world, quite honestly. And it was all his. Soon to be all his at least. Chase was going to be the happiest man on the planet in an hour. He didn't care about anything else but Brent. To the point where he didn't notice his best friend wasn't acting like himself.
He noticed when Brent said something. That was weird... Brent was normally the oblivious one. Then again, they both kind of were. Alex was still supposed to be his best friend though. "I love you Jay!" Chase called out to him before turning and dealing with Brent's new freak out. He'd be happy when the wedding was over and he was married to Brent already.
"Hey. Don't think about that. Think about me... how I'm right here, and I'm never going to leave you. How soon we're going to be tied in the last way possible." Chase told his, putting both his hands on Brent's face. "I love you... and we're going to do this, and we're going to be happy." Chase finished before kissing Brent on the lips hard, trying to get him to forget about the small amount of time left.

Chase could feel that Brent was still worrying even though he kissed him back. There was no way Chase was going to let Brent back out of this or feel worried about it or anything like that. He was going to accept it and remember this night as the best in his life. Maybe second to when Rose was born, but that was it.
He deepened the kiss, sliding his tongue into Brent's mouth and trying to make him forget. Trying to make him remember how much he loved Chase and how much he wanted this just like Chase did. Even though he just said no making out before, it was called for now. They didn't have much time left before they had to go get in place and everything like that. He slid his hands around Brent's waist and pulled him close, making sure not to break the kiss.

What seemed like a small time was really about five minutes. Then Chase decided they really needed to go get into place. "Brent... everything is going to be fine, alright? I'm nervous too... just... look at me. Throughout the entire thing. Look at me." Chase told him once they broke apart. He bent down again after and pecked him sweetly.
Chase knew Alex would be coming in soon to yell at them. Chase was glad Brent held onto his neck and not his hair, otherwise Alex would have freaked on him again. Probably still would. "I love you, Boo-Boo."

Okay. Brent and Chase were really pushing it with the time. Alex was trying to stop himself from barging in there, in a flap, and dragging them both out by the collars of their expensive shirts. Brent was probably having a freaking-out episode... getting married was kinda a big thing... who was Alex kidding? Getting married was a huge thing! So he gave them a few precious minutes more for them t come out in their own time.
"Guys... coming in... you better be decent!" Alex knocked and called into the bedroom. He hoped, for Merlin's sake, that they weren't getting up to anything. If they were... crumpled clothes, messy hair, sweat... fuck. Alex opened the door, eyes narrowed and observing their current state of dress. Good. They hadn't done anything too bad.
"Now. C'mon, ladies.... its time to do this." Alex cracked a soft smile. Merlin. It was time. His two best friends were going to get married together in no time whatsoever... it was so... so... "I-I love you guys..." Alex suddenly blurted out, wrapping his arms around both of his friends. He was so not going to fucking cry or anything like that. This totally wasn't something to cry over... okay... it was... but he'd do it in the privacy of a bathroom with a mirror to touch up his make up. "S-So... we ready now? No cold feet? Good."
