Hunter shrugged. Chase was an animal lover and he nearly always supported them. "Some people are stupid. That's why you don't talk to them or anything." He could really care less. He couldn't stand arrogant or stupid people so he never talked to them and they never bothered him back.

Hunter smiled a bit at Chase's last comment. "Yeah I suppose I should know. Especially since it was always you and Brent that ended up detention. Remember that month where you both were in detention so much that we could barely practice at all?" They had never cared for class or work- the completely opposite of himself. Hunter had stayed up till the early hours studying for one subject and never missed a single class. He had really liked studying. It was interesting and gave him something to do besides band practice and hanging out with friends.

Chase knew that he probably rambled too much about animals to Hunter. He just loved them too much to not say anything when they're treated badly. But he was sure Hunter didn't want to hear about it.

Chase laughed when their little month of detentions were brought up.Apparently slytherins didnt like to be turned green.... they found that out the hard way. Chase and Brent that is. They barely got Hunter to do pranks amd break the rules with them. And when he did they made sure he wasn't to blame. He was a goody goody Ravenclaw ya know.

"That was pretty epic. Although the no practicing suckeeddd. And we didnt even have time to go get smashed on the weekend!!" Chase shook his head and laughed at all the good times they had at Hogwarts, and now they were teachers. Well Brent and Chase wereof course. Not Hunter. It was wweird how things worked out in the end.

Hunter smiled, glad that Chase seemed happier than before. "You both deserved that detention though. Those Slytherin's will never be right again," he joked. He was really amused at how excited Chase was at this memory. Chase had sounded like a little kid.

"And you all got drunk enough. Going four weeks was a record I think." Hunter had always gone along with his friends but he hadn't always returned completely drunk. Hunter had never really been a huge partier. His quiet demeanor didn't call for parties. Instead, he sometimes watched out for his friends just in case they did something stupid. Or he'd sit quietly and wait for a girl to see him and talk to him. There may be partiers at bars but there were also some decent people like him that tagged along with their friends to watch out for them or just people who needed a drink once in a while.

Chase laughed, which felt nice. He had been so used to not laughing, to being stressed, that it kind of sounded foreign to his ears. But he loved it none the less.

"Those Snakes deserved it. That is like one of the only pranks I don't regret." Chase laughed. Brent and him had pulled a lot of pranks on a lot of people. Chase regretted most of them. But he didn't regret that one. He never regretted anything that had to do with Snakes. How he loathed them.

He knew Hunter was right about the drinking. Brent and Chase got drunk whenever they possibly could. Well. Brent did at least. Sometimes Chase would just tag along. He really didn't like drinking. It made him uncomfortable because of his father. But he did it for Brent. He would do anything for Brent really.

"Yeahh. That probably was a record. There was barely a week that went by that we didn't get smashed in Hogsmeade. It was the life. We owned that school. In our own little way of course." Chase jokingly winked at Hunter. How he missed their school days. The simpler days. The days when Maryn was still a Slytherin Bitch and not the one Chase was fighting over Brent with.

He couldn't think about that right now. Anything but that.

Hunter smiled, Chase seemed calm enough. It was like everything changed when he brought up the past. The past was fun, sure Hunter had fun. It was just in his own way. It was amusing taking home a couple of drunks and having to hide them just to make sure they didn't get caught or in trouble.

"True, they did deserve it. I think they enjoyed the prank. Even if they did not want to admit it." He smirked a bit more. "You mean you actually regret those other pranks, Chase. Huge Shocker."

Hunter glanced at him once more as it appeared his rambling had calmed down again. Sometimes it was good to reminisce about the good old days.


"You Chase, did not own the school. You wished you and Brent, well you wished that we owned the school. Sometimes I loathed being in Ravenclaw, sometimes I wanted to be in the same group you were. I wished, but that didn't happen." He shrugged. It's just the way it was.

"Just think, you are both there now. You both own the school, in your own little way of course." He winked at him. Hunter smirked only a little bit. It was amusing to say the least.

Chase laughed again, he loved reminiscing about the past.There was no difficulties or problems then. Other than how were they going to sneak out and what beer were they going to drink. That was about it. He shook his head with a smile on his face. The Slytherins did deserve it.

"I don't know what you're talking about! We did own that school! And we do now!" Chase smiled and joked with Hunter. He knew he was right. They liked to pretend that they ran the school, but that wasn't actually the case. Chase knew that, although he would never admit it out loud. Hogwarts was some of the best years of his life. That will never change.

"Haha. Yeah. It would have been insanely cool if you had been in Gryffindor with us. But you had Reid in Ravenclaw with you!" Chase always thought that it was a shame that they all hadn't been in the same year and house. Then nothing would have gotten done, and it would be all partying. Then again, it was close to that anyway.

"Yeah. We do. But now we have the power to give students detention!" Chase laughed, like they were really that strict... they barely ever gave detentions.
