Makar picked up his list of stuff for school and some money then casually made his way down the stairs into the bar area of the Leaky Cauldron. Right now, he was just happy to be away from his parents so he decided to be a bit productive this morning and shop for some of his school things and maybe get a pet after he ate breakfast. The soon to be seventh year had actually been at the Leaky Cauldron for quite awhile now but he mainly stayed in his room, only going down to eat or stretch his legs. It was just a bit too painful for him to go around and explore as it reminded him of his sister. The two of them always loved coming here as it was the perfect escape from the abuse from their parents.
"Hi... Can I join you?" Makar asked a girl who he knew was from Hogwarts because of the letter she was reading. The only reason why he had asked to join her was because all the tables were surprisingly taken.
