Chase was excited. He had made a call last night when he thought of the perfect wedding gift to get for Brent. He wasn't entirely sure they were doing the gift thing, but he was. He wanted Brent to have this and Chase simply couldn't wait any longer.
He had told them what time to bring it, late so Rose was sleeping. Brent just happened to be sleeping as well, so Chase met the delivery people and told them to be quiet. They got the piano in the house quickly and quietly. Not waking up a soul.
After it was set up in their living room, where Chase thought it should go, but might move to the Band Room. Chase walked down the hallway and went into their room where he saw his amazing fiance sleeping. Chase walked over to him and kissed him gently. He loved waking him up by kissing him.

good reason." There had to be. Any person who knew Brent well enough would know not to just wake him up and not expect him to be several times more grumpy and annoying than usual... often followed by something unfortunate happening to whoever had been stupid enough to disturb him.[/ul]

Chase smiled and laughed at Brent when he said it better be good. It was good, and Brent would love Chase for this. "Do you think I would risk my life if it wasn't good?" Chase asked with a chuckle. "Come on. You have to see something." Chase said as he grabbed Brent's hand and dragged him out of their bed.
Going behind Brent, he covered both of his eyes and started taking him out of their room and toward the living room, ignoring any protesting he would be making about this. He would be fine once he saw what Chase was taking him to. "This is your Wedding gift from me. Remember I love you." Chase whispered in his ear as they reached the living room and Chase had Brent facing the brand new piano.
Chase smiled widely before taking his hands off Brent's eyes. "I hope you like it..."

. Though, at the mention of a wedding gift, Brent shut up. He just wanted to know what it was now... His jaw dropped at the sight of the grand piano... it... no, she, because Brent had already decided it was a she, was just... perfect. And all his. Brent really did have the best fiancé ever. "I think... I think I'm in love." Brent whispered once he'd remembered how to speak again. Grinning, he turned around to face Chase. "But don't worry, you're still my favourite, Chay." Brent chuckled as he kissed him briefly before sitting down in front of the yet-to-be-named piano. Brent ran his fingers across the keys absent-mindedly, deep in thought. "She needs a name..." he muttered, playing a few random chords as he continued to think before stopping as he came up with the most amazing name he could think of. "Got it! She's called Gilberta. You don't mind if I marry her instead though, do you?"[/ul]

Chase thought it was adorable how Brent whined and wanted Chase to let go of his eyes. Then the adorable way Brent's mouth dropped when he saw the Grand piano. Well.... it was totally worth every cent. Chase just laughed when Brent said he was in love. Chase knew how much Brent loved to play piano. He was amazing at it too. Chase wanted to hear that playing throughout their house.
"I better be your favorite." Chase laughed as Brent kissed him and went to sit in front of his new piano. Chase joined him and placed a hand on Brent's leg lovingly. "And no you can't marry her. Not as long as I'm still alive. How about she can be your mistress?" Chase suggested with a laugh. "I love you, Boo." Chase said before giving Brent's leg a gentle squeeze.
"Go on... play something. It shouldn't wake up anyone. If it does... oh well. I want to hear you play." Chase told him before kissing him gently on the cheek.

Chase just laughed at Brent. He was glad it seemed to be a good choice for his wedding gift. Brent loved playing the piano, and Chase loved watching him play. It was perfect for the both of them, hands down. It was never about the money, only about Brent's happiness.
When Brent kissed him, Chase kissed back. There wasn't an option of not kissing him back. Chase loved everything about this man. He kept his hand on his leg while they were kissing and didn't take it off as he pulled away and started playing one of the most beautiful things Chase's ears could hear. "I'm not perfect, that's you." He murmured as he listen to Brent play the piano version of Always.
"'Course I recognize it. I would sing it if my voice didn't sound horrible." Chase laughed and smiled as his amazing fiance played his new piano.

as great as me." Yes, Brent knew he could sing pretty well or they would've replaced him in the band and he would've been kicked out of Hogwarts' choir when he was a student. (Well, Brent had been kicked out anyway but that wasn't down to his musical ability.) He didn't like to brag about it though... not much.[/ul]

"Of course we can't forget about Gilly. That would be horrible." Chase laughed and squeezed Brent's leg again. Chase thought it was adorable how much Brent loved his instruments. That had always been the biggest thing they had in common, their love of anything musical. It was why Chase fell in love with Brent all those years ago. Why he couldn't get past that love and why he went after Brent so hard. None of it mattered now. Because they were together.
"You know I sound like a dying cow." Chase laughed and placed a kiss on Brent's jaw. "You're better than me by miles. No competition." Chase said as he laid his head down on Brent's shoulder and leaning up to kiss his neck briefly. He was in a lovey mood at the moment. Oh well. Brent was there, he was lovey.

know that, and Brent actually was a bit bonkers sometimes; especially when it came to music. It was a good thing that Chase was too, just maybe not to the same degree as Brent. "Okay, yeah. I have to agree, a dying cow would be a very accurate description." Brent chuckled, Chase's hand on his leg and his small, sweet kisses served as very successful distractions from Gilberta. Maybe he was kind of staring down into Chase's beautiful blue eyes with a dopey smile. A few years ago he'd be screaming at himself to stop being such a sap... now, Brent didn't really care. He was a sap and proud of it, and it was all down to Chase Jackson.[/ul]

Chase cuddled into Brent's side adoringly. He loved this man. The way he looked into his eyes like that with that goofy yet fucking adorable smile. It made Chase's heart melt. "You still love hearing me sing though." Chase told him with a smirk. Nuzzling into him affectionately.
"Just think... ten or fifteen years ago. Would you have thought we'd end up marrying each other? That we'd have a house to ourselves and our amazing daughters and Tommy?" Chase asked him, he sure hadn't. "The first time we dated was nothing like this... I guess everything happened for a reason though." Chase said. Okay, so he was feeling lovey and sappy tonight. So sue him. "I'm glad I waited all those years, Boo. You're everything I want and more. You've always been there for me, and I know you always will."

Chase was pretty sure this was the definition of perfect. It wasn't extremely late, but everyone was sleeping besides for Brent and Chase. They were sitting in front of the Grand Piano Chase just bought Brent, and they were being incredibly lovable. Chase didn't want it to ever end.
"Everything happened for a reason." Chase murmured before Brent kissed him softly. It was so cute and Chase was the luckiest man in the world to have this. "I'll remember. I'll always remember that." Chase told him before pressing his lips back up to kiss Brent again, letting his lips linger a while before pulling away. "Do you want to go back to bed and lay down? Or want to play some more? Either way, I'll be right here."

. He really care if he stayed here or went up to bed, but he was pretty comfortable at the moment. "Mmm, whatever we do I'm probably gonna fall asleep. And if we go back upstairs, you're gonna have to carry me. That's not because I'm too lazy to move... I'm sleepy." Brent chuckled quietly. It was a mixture of the two really, Brent was feeling exceedingly lazy, not just sleepy right now.[/ul]

Chase laughed. He knew Brent well enough to know that it was because he was lazy too. But he didn't mind having to carry him. It wasn't like Brent weighed much at all, and it wasn't like Chase wasn't strong enough to carry him up to their bedroom.
"C'mon. I'll carry you, lazy bones." Chase said with another laugh as he put one arm on Brent's waist and another under his legs. He lifted him up easily and held him close. "So are you really tired, or could you burn off some energy before sleeping?" Chase said with a wink down at his fiance.
