Blaze had dragged herself out into the Quidditch pitch with her Firebolt and planned to practice a little. But then, when she got there, the air was too cool and it made her just want to lay down on the bleachers and relax. Ever since she and James started to go out, her life had been turned a total 180 degrees. Though she still has her old habits, it wasn't like before when she would totally be that cold to everyone. James Potter had a strange effect on her. And she liked it.
"A nice afternoon, a cool breeze, a quite hide away..." she said to the wind. Being rich and the only heir to the Livington fortune, Blaze was well off on her own now. Living with her cousin Alexis couldn't make her wish for anything else. Blaze was truly happy now. Add a James Potter to her already happy life, fate seemed nice to her lately. Blaze wasn't going to argue.

Makar was making his way to the Quidditch pitch with his Nimbus 2001 in tow with hopes of letting off a little steam during a practice session. Being the captain and seeker of the Gryffindor's Quidditch team had somewhat saved him since Gabbie's death. It gave him a distraction and something to let his mind off of his sister's suicide. He was usually too busy directing his team mates and training them to think about her or even just small problems that annoyed him throughout the day.
"Blaze? I didn't know you were going to practice today..." Makar fixed his brown hair which was being messed up by the wind. It was a really nice, sleepy day but those days didn't have much meaning to the teen anymore. Not since Gabbie died anyway... "Pretty nice day out, huh? Good day for practicing and maybe even a nap afterwards..."

Blaze sat up and turned to see Makar Germanotta, the seeker of Gryffindor standing near her. She was hoping it was James but then again, he must have been with his siblings since he did say that they needed time together. "I thought of practicing but the cool was just too nice and it tempted me to just relax instead." she told him. She didn't really know him that well, but if he ran in the same circle as her, she'd know about him sooner or later.
"What are you doing out here anyway? No one's assigned to use the pitch today." she told him as she laid back down and closed her eyes. The cool wind was making her relax once again. Damn wind. She chuckled softly to herself. How strange that she was having a civilized conversation with a lion when just a month ago, she wouldn't even dare be near one.

"I don't blame you. The weather is horribly nice right now." Makar said softly, looking around the pitch and at the sky. "I'm here on my own terms... I just felt like practicing and just escape from the castle a bit. Clear my head a bit."
Makar mounted his broom and pushed off of the ground, gliding upwards towards the blue sky. He then made a sharp turn with ease and made his way so he could just hover about 7 feet above the green grass of the pitch. Whenever he just came to freefly on his beloved broom this is always what he did first then he would speed off, making a few hard turns. For some strange reason it just cleared the teen's mind and calmed his mind.
"Anyway... How are you Blaze?" Makar asked, flying closer towards her so he didn't have to make an effort to project his voice.

Blaze listen and watched as Makar flew up into the sky. She was now too lazy to do the same. She just wanted to relax. "I'm fine, thank you." she answered Makar as she tried to make her voice louder. To an outsider, the scene was rather ironic since she was a slytherin who was currently having a civil conversation with a gryffindor. But she no longer paid attention to it.
"I'm here because I just wanted to leave all the prying eyes back in the castle. Seriously! Ever since I started seeing James, everyone has been weird and their eyes turn from glances to down-right staring. Is it weird to see to people go out on a date?" she asked out loud, hopefully Makar heard her.
She wanted to know the people who James was playing with. hopefully they would tell him that she was being nice to them and all. It was going to be plus point to her. And she smiled at the sky.
