Lily walked into the quiet common room with a book in her hand. Everyone was at Hogsmeade today, but she had chosen to stay behind and finish the book she had started earlier this week. She was asked by her friends but told them she had some homework to do. Since it wasn't a Hogsmeade trip that was important, she saw no need to go when there was homework to be done. Instead she was satisfied with sitting by the fire on a semi cold day. It was relaxing to Lily, just to have a day to herself when mostly everyone was gone. She sighed to herself before sitting in an armchair and opening her book.
