hello, my name is Dilys Lendon and i am thirty-five years old. i previously went to Hogwarts. when i was first year, i got sorted into Ravenclaw. currently i work at Hogwarts as a librarian. some people like to call me Dilly or Dilly-Willy, but i honestly hate it when anyone calls me by my first name, Dilys. my birthday is on 7th April and my favourite time of the year is summer.

• Daughter-Laurinda Lendon-Fourth Year Ravenclaw:
  Dilly has never been as close to her daughter as her husband ever was but Allen's death has brought them closer. She has great expectations of Lauri and always pushes her to do the best that she can.
  
• Husband-Allen Lendon-Muggle (Desceased):
  Dilly was effected badly by the death of her husband and became depressed about it. Now, she has gotten over him thanks to the endless support from her friends and sister in law, Matilda.

history;
Dilly was born into a small family, she recieved a lot of love and affection from her family but they never really encouraged her with her education and didn't seem to bothered about it. Her mother was forever insisting beauty was better than brains and loved dolling her daughter up and spoiling her rotten. Dilly's mother was called Annastasia and was a Muggle who really was a beauty but didn't have the brains to go with it. Dilly's father, Connor, was a wizard and used to be a professor at Hogwarts. They both died of old ages a couple of years ago, Dilly wasn't too badly affected. They hadn't been in contact much seeing as Annastasia was upset that she had a child without marrying first.

Dilly didn't agree with her parents and attempted to study hard in order to get all of the OWLs and NEWTs she so desperately wanted but they thought she was over-working herself and often took her on holidays and begged her not to study quite so hard. Grudgingly, she agreed because she didn't want to worry them. This ended up with her leaving Hogwarts with some NEWTs but not nearly as many as she could've achieved or wanted. Shortly after finishing at Hogwarts, Dilly began working at Hogwarts as the librarian after she discovered Madam Pince was finally retired. She has now been working there for fifteen years.

Dilly fell in love with a Muggle she met in her hometown of Portsmouth just after finishing school. She had Lauri only a year after getting together with Allen when she was twenty, she came as a pleasant surprise and brought the couple closer together. Seven years later, Dilly and Allen finally decided that it was time to tie the knot. Then, after they had been married for six years, Allen passed away (for a little more detail on that see Lauri's app) in a car crash which Lauri and Dilly both had to witness and it left them both with mental scars, some of which will never fully heal.

Dilly is an confident person and will never hesitate before striking up a conversation with anyone she meets and loves to make new friends and mess around with her own. She has always been a very studious person and almost always has her head in a book which is why she loves her job so much because she is surrounded by the things. As well as reading, Dilly loves a good party as she is a very fun-loving person. She doesn't take many things seriously.

As well as these good traits, Dilly has some bad ones too. She is very stubborn and will never give up on what she is fighting for which usually gets people annoyed with her. Dilly absolutely hates quiet people as they bore her to death as she basically never shuts up. She rarely speaks about her husband as it still hurts, it was only a couple of years ago that she lost him, after all. She can sometimes be grouchy and snaps a lot as a result of this. This is also due to the fact she doesn't get much sleep as she stays up with her friends or reading.
