AND THE LAST TO BE LET GO...
Ceil loves to have fun and just relax. He's almost always smiling. Even though he hasn't had the best life out there, he always wants to smile and make life the best he can possibly make it. He's fun to be around, and just plain cute. It's hard to be mad at him for any length of time. He's had a hard life. He has never known who his father is and always knew his mother was dead. She died giving birth to him and his twin sister, Rin. Never the less, Ceil always finds a reason to smile.

Ceil's closest friend is his sister, Rin. He loves her more than anyone else in the world. Would do anything for her. He might be her twin sister, but he's really acts like her older brother. Always being there for her and such.
He's also friendly with Jaminson Redpaw, whom he and his sister came to Hogwarts with before they were 11 years old. Little does he know that Jaminson is his father.

Not so much Ceil's enemy as Ceil doesn't hate anyone. But Chase Jackson doesn't exactly like him, ever since the incident with the unicorns. -shivers-.
