Belaya walked towards the stair case in the corridors of the first floor, hoping to reach her common room 1 floor above her. She was pretty exhausted, even though it was only 2:28 pm. To make things worse, she still had classes.
"Ugh... Today's gonna suck. I wonder if I should just skip Astronomy." Belaya rambled sleepily to herself "Fucking stupid nightmares have to ruin my day. I wonder what else will ruin my day."
Suddenly, like life decided to play a joke on her, Belaya tripped and fell. Happily, she fell on her arm and just barely scratched her head. Even though she didn't get too badly injured it still stung.
"Great. Just great. Me and my big, bloody mouth." Belaya growled to herself, staying on the stone floor.
Usually she wasn't very clumsy and never tripped and fell but her tiredness was getting the best of her. Belaya simply stayed lying down on the cold, stony floor while looking up at the ceilings.

Eric was just walking in the hallways when he saw Belaya Laying on the stone floor. He just walked past her with a weird look. He was still walking when he also fell down and layed next to Belaya. "Fuck!" Scream out Eric. "Argh I'm hurt."
After laying down on the stone floor for a couple of seconds, Eric decided to go up and walk away to the class. While walking, Eric noticed a blue item sitting there in the corner. The item appeared to be a crystal ball. In the ball Eric saw many things, Dimantoars, Hogwarts, and even Voldemort. Eric picked up the crystal ball. When Eric picked it up, Eric felt a shock in his body and fell down.
After a couple of minutes Eric got up and Didn't know what to think. "What just happened?" Eric said to himself. After the realization of him being struck by a shock, he stood up and went over to Belaya. "Need a hand?" Asked her, while holding out his arm.

Belaya looked at the boy who had also tripped over. Honestly, it was kind of awkward to be lying down next to a guy you never met before but Belaya thought nothing of it. But she did give him a curious look as he picked up a strange blue crystal and suddenly fell down and lay down on the floor for a few minutes again. Belaya would help him but she didn't have enough strength or willpower to do so.
"Sure." Belaya grasped the boy's arm and got back up on her feet "Thanks. My name is Belaya Drocellmeyer of Hufflepuff. I'm a fourth year. What about you?"
"Wow, this tiredness is making me act weird too. I usually don't introduce myself first or anything like that." Belaya thought, surprised by her actions.
Belaya was still wondering about that strange crystal ball and what it was. She never saw anything like that before.

"I'm Eric Thomas Darkwood of Slytherin. First year. Nice to meet you." Eric looked at the crystal ball in his hand. "Strange thing" Eric thought to himself. He showed the crystal ball to Belaya. "You see this? It's something I found. Maybe you can figure out what it is?" Eric gave the crystal ball to Belaya. "What do you thin k it can be?" Asked Eric with a questioning tone in his voice. "I hope she won't faint too." Sorry it was short, but at least it was straight to the point  |

"First year? You look older than a first year.." Belaya felt a bit puzzled but guessed that he got his letter late, which was pretty weird.
"Sure, why not." Belaya gave a questioning look to the crystal ball.
She took the blue sphere and peered inside, wondering what she'd see. What she saw made he regret it however. Images of her brother and her, then their parents, then flurries of freezing snow. Lastly there was an image of her brother, sick and tired, coughing up blood and at the point of death while she could only look on helplessly.
Belaya calmed her emotions, not wanting to cry in front of Eric. When she finally managed to calm herself and bottle up her sadness, she handed back the blue crystal ball to the Slytherin.
"I'm not too sure but I think that this crystal ball shows you the past. And not good memories either." Belaya responded to Eric's question, hoping that she was right and that he would believe her.
