The Redpaws [CIEL,RIN, OPEN]

[Jaminson Redpaw]

James yawned and took a sip of his hot chocolate while he got his Mac up and running. Once he got the laptop connected to the Wi-Fi he tenderly plugged in his Beats and put the expensive headphones on.

"Hmm, I hope the magic at school didn't mess up my files. I had a project I was hping to upload onto YouTube..." James murmered to himself, taking occasional sips from his drink "If enough people like it maybe I'll finish it when I get access to my equipment."

Even though James left his full-time life as a DJ and producer he still tried to do his old work in his free time. After all, it was his life for a long time and it brought him and Tania closer since they were able to work side by side.

"Maybe I'll even have time to make a remix! Hum." James commented absent-mindedly, not really paying attention to anything but his music.

Ciel walked into a small cafe in muggle London, Rin flanking him. They had decided to explore since they had just recently got there and didn't know much about the city itself. They had always heard all the stories of London. All the amazing places and sights. So they thought they should check them out. However, like all human beings, they had gotten hungry and decided to stop by this small cafe.

There was only two people in it. A man on his laptop and an older looking woman reading a newspaper with a cup of coffee. Ceil barely took notice to them as he walked to the register of the cafe. He briefly looked over the small menu before deciding on chicken strips. He turned to his twin sister for her order as he saw the man with the laptop staring at him. Ciels eyes squinted as he pushed Rin in front of himself in a protecting gesture, which she huffed at.

Why was he starring at us....

[Rin Marks]

Rin had been checking out the sights and sounds of London. They had never been to London before but it was amazing. Rin smiled as she looked around. Gosh it looked smaller in the pictures. It was during the one half of there trip that there stomachs had gotten a bit hungry. Rin smiled at her brother as he suggested a small coffee place. So she let him lead the way. She however was right beside him.

Rin looked at her brother as she glanced at the menu. They had left there keeper at Hogsmeade and she was looking for everything she could find. She had pictures and she had letters. She was going to write to there parents.

She looked at Ceil once, she knew what he was thinking. (I think they should be able to hear each other's thoughts.. twin powers ) "I don't know, but its sort of creeping me out, and don't move me around like that!" She hissed back to him.

Rin was annoyed and this man was making things worse.

James finally looked up when he saw two children enter the cafe. He glanced at them and froze in shock as he saw them.

"Could it be? Could they be?" James asked himself, still staring at the twins "Ciel and Rin? My children! It must be them Redpaw but why are they..."

James stopped to think for a minute and he slowly put the pieces together. When he finally realized they were here to go to Hogwarts he couldn't help but face palm himself.

"I am an idiot." he scolded himself "Anyway, what should I do? How should I greet them? How, how how? Maybe I should be the one to stay with them until we get to Hogwarts! Yes. Brilliant! I must send an owl to the Headmistress ASAP. Which reminds me, I haven't met her yet. Must put that on my to-do list..."

James then paused his music, took off his headphones and walked towards the two, kinda freaked out, children.

"Hello Ciel, Rin. Do you have money to pay for your food?" James asked concernedly "Oh, pardon me for freaking you out! I'm Jaminson Redpaw, a teacher at Hogwarts. You two do have magic, right?"

(OOC: I agree with Marnie. They should have empathic powers with each other. )

[Ceil Marks]

Ceil's eyes become wide as the man walked over to them and just started to talk. He knew their names...

"How do you know our names? I can't imagine you know all the students that aren't even at Hogwarts yet...." It didn't make sense in Ceil's mind, and he wasn't going to just accept it that he was a teacher there. Then again, how would he have known they had magic?

Ceil gave Rin a look before thinking, "This guy doesn't seem right to me"

Ceil turned back to the man that had just randomly approached them and added, "We have money, but thank you."

Ceil turned back to the counter and order his food before pushing Rin a tad to do the same. Maybe if they just didn't acknowledge him, he would go away.

It was weird. Ceil knew the circumstances should make him grab him sister and run away, but it felt weird. It almost felt like he knew the man, yet he was positive they had never met him before in their life. I mean, it was impossible unless he lived in the United States, which most people in London haven't done. It was impossible, right?

Then why did he still feel like they had...

[Rin Marks]

Rin was looking at the food menu as she tried to order. She looked at the man, he was indeed still staring at them. It was sort of creeping her out. She looked towards Ciel and thought for a moment. "This guy is clearly a whack job." She said with a smirk in her mind. She knew that Ciel could hear her.

He was coming closer. "If you want to leave we can Ciel." She thought. This guy was clearly wanting to know them, or at least wanting to know her? It sort of made her a bit scared.

Rin looked at him like he was a freak. She looked at this Jaminson Redpaw guy as he introduced himself. She looked at her brother when he asked about magic. He pushed his sister again to make her order her food. She turned around and ordered her food as well. Rin rolled her eyes as she started to order what she wanted. She paid the man.

Rin then turned with her brother to walk towards a vacant table.

"Well, I know because the two of you got your letter late! It's pretty rare for that to happen so there was much word about it in the teacher's lounge..." James replied with an honest smile "Did the two of you get all your supplies yet? Did you have your muggle money exchanged for wizarding money? Did you start an account at the wizarding bank or did you already have one? You should've already had one..."

James had an account made for his kids as soon as Tania told him she was pregnant. She told him that he was being overly catious but he wanted to make sure that things would be okay in case something bad happened.

James couldn't help but feel dissapointed at his children's wariness of him but he understood it. He decided to buy some chocolate chip cookies and brought them over to where the twins were sitting On his way James couldn't help but feel suspicious about the elderly lady close by. He decided to shift his wand so it would be more easily accessible, just in case.

"Do you mind if I join you? You can have these cookies in return." Jaes got his stuff from the table and placed it near Ciel and Rin "I hope you like them. They used to be my wife's favorites, you know! We used to go on dates here and we would just mix some music and eat cookies."

Ceil thought they had gotten rid of him, at least from talking to them, when they took their food to the table and began to eat. He had ignored his sisters comment about leaving. It was worse if they left the cafe because then they were alone. At least here there was that old woman next to them and the workers of the cafe.

When Jaminson approached them, now with a bag of cookies that he had just purchased from the cafe and asked to join them, Ceil didn't know what to say. He knew he shouldn't let him sit down with them. That it was extremely creeperish. Then again, he did work at Hogwarts... or at least he said he did. That had to be something. Any normal creeper wouldn't even know about Hogwarts. Wouldn't know him and his sister were magical.

"Prove to us you're magical. Prove to us you're a wizard and not some old creep trying to kidnap us. Do you have anything to prove you're a Hogwarts teacher?"

It was one of the only ways Ceil could think of to make sure he wasn't some muggle creep. Ceil didn't know if there would be any way to prove that he was a teacher at Hogwarts, but he could easily prove if he was magical or not. Until then, Ceil wasn't answering any of his questions that made him seem even more like a creeper.

He sent a mental thought to Rin. "Don't worry, I won't let him hurt you, sissy."

Rin glanced at her brother once more. She looked at James as she stayed close to her brother. She scowled some as the man continued on it. She heard that the teachers at Hogwarts were talking about her already?

Did they get there supplies yet? She had all that taken care of and they were sitting in there rooms at Hogsmeade Apartments. She smirked when he asked about money. "Obviously we didn't do all of our money, we do need normal money to pay for items here." She motioned. They were not in a magic cafe were they.

Did she start an account? She did not do anything to that notion. She had been pretty much just keeping her money in a purse that held a lot of items and was not to hard to carry. It had a charm on it.

She looked at him as she looked at her brother. "Do not take cookies from him, Mom and Dad would not want us too." She thought to her brother.

They clearly did not know about his wife at all. It sort of puzzled her why he would think they did. Rin started to eat her food after glancing towards the old women. She nodded towards her in appreciation to show that she was thankful she was there. Of course they had there 'pretend' mother or guardian for all intentional purposes.

"Ceil! I said that we ignore him, why are you talking to him. He is creepy!" She yelled at him in her mind. She clearly was not buying into Jaminson's schredades.

"I'm more worried about him doing something to you Ceil." She hissed at him. She was not some child.

James decided to keep quiet for a bit and focus on his computer. But he did glance at Ciel and Rin from time to time. When he looked at Rin he couldn't help but feel amazed at how similar she looked to her mother. But Ciel, that really made him feel a mix of happy and sad. He looked extremely like James as a young one.

Suddenly his computer started glitching and he goy a very bad feeling. He looked over his shoulder at the old woman, trying to figure out who, or what, she was. He closed his laptop and carefully put it in a red case and took a sip of his hot chocolate. But once he did he quickly pulled out his wand.

"You'll see your proof very soon Ciel." James relied to his son, worry in his voice "Stay behind me no matter what, okay? Something is going to come but I'll protect you with all of my life and soul."

As soon as he finished a Dementor came, and by the feeling it gave off it wasn't too happy. The poor girl behind the cash register screamed and James quickly pointed his wand at her and cast a silent Stupefy spell followed by Obliviate.

Everything happened really fast. Ceil didn't know how to react, but when Jaminson rushed over to protect them, he accepted the help. Mainly because he didn't know how to react if he didn't. He grabbed Rin and pulled her close to him, making sure she didn't get hurt.

Ceil saw the dementor approach, although he didn't know exactly what it was. He heard his sisters screams, but it was blocked by the sound of water. He looked at her, only to find that she was still safely in his arms... It was almost as if she was drowning again. Like she almost had not too long ago. That was the worst day in Ceil's life. When he almost lost his sister... his best friend... the other half of him.

"Make it stop!" Ceil screamed at the top of his lungs as he gripped Rin tighter. Not letting her go.

Ceil watched in amazement as Jaminson pointed his wand at the girl behind the cash register and she was immediately knocked out... Well... that's my proof...

[Rin Marks]

Rin was watching James a bit cautiously still. She had gone back to eating her food. While she was doing this, she could not help but to get this cold feeling over her. It was somewhat scary and it reminded her of the day she almost drowned. It was the worst day for her life.

Rin looked at her brother, her thoughts were running a million miles away. She heard James voice in a vacant, as she felt her arms getting grabbed by Ciel, his arms were tight around her. She felt almost as if she was falling. The girl screamed behind the register.

She looked at the dementor and fear instantly came into her mind. It was like she was back at that day. The day where she almost died. She was crying, Rin was actually scared, more over did Jaminson call this stupid thing inside. She screamed a bit louder then the girl behind the register.

Rin was obviously reliving something in her mind. The worst possible night she could have. The pain and tortue would ensue as well. "Ciel make ittt!" She said as she coughed out a little bit.

[Jaminson Redpaw]

James gritted his teeth and struggled to keep his sadness in. It was hard to relive his regrets and mistakes. Tania dying, giving up his children and watcing them being taken away from his arms.

He quickly tried to snap back into reality and struggled to think about one of his happiest memories so he could protect his kids. Suddnly, the sadness was replaced with a happy cheery memory. His wedding day. Tania's happy laugh and cmforting voice as he worried over their lack of guests.

"Expecto Patronum!" James growled, putting his arm over his scared children "Don't worry, the scariness will be gone. Hush now. You're safe."

James whispered comforting words to the scared twins as his tiger patronus sprung out with an angry roar, snarling at the dementor. He made sure the tiger was close to him and the twins and atched as the dementor upsettedly passed them and made its way to the old woman.

Ceil watched in amazement as Jaminson yelled two weird sounding words and some white mist appeared before a tiger appeared out of no where. It ran toward the woman and the creepy black cloaked dementor that had caused them so much pain and misery where it hadn't even touched them.

Jaminson's arm was around the twins and even though it felt weird to Ceil, he didn't stop him. He clearly wasn't there to hurt them, if he was, he wouldn't have stopped that dementor from attacking them.

Ceil could still hear Rin's screams in his head, although she wasn't screaming in real life. How was that possible? Ceil didn't even know what was happening... But his usual smile was off his face and it didn't plan on coming back anytime soon.

"What is that thing," Ceil asked their so called professor before thinking to Rin, I don't think he'll hurt us anymore. I really do think he's a professor at Hogwarts. He seems like one of the good guys.

Rin knew that thing was after them. She looked at Ciel and dived behind his back a little bit with her eyes. She was about see her professor shout something and the dementor seemed to disappear towards the women. The women was then seen running out of the cafe. Her heart was racing as she tried to look towards James now.

"What the heck was that!" Rin asked no demanded to know what it was. She looked at Ciel and nodded a little bit. "I don't know, you sure he didn't call that stupid thing into the room. You never know, he might have!" She sent a thought back. Just so that Jaminson could look like the victor. Regardless of that, she was worried,.

She held her breath for a moment as she continued to hold onto Ciel. Her grip tight as could be. She did not plan on letting go for anything.
