Chase smiled softly at her. He wanted her to make sure she felt safe at Hogwarts, but if they didn't know why she had left in the first place, it would be hard for them to help her. "You can trust us, Belaya... We just want to help. We want you to be safe." Chase told her honestly. He didn't like it when people were hurting in any way. It was just a part of his personality.
After she had talked about her parents, he felt extremely bad. She... didn't have parents? This was horrible. "I-I'm sorry. I didn't know." Chase felt like shoving his foot in his mouth. He didn't think he was helping anything from what he was saying. That was for sure. he sent a sad look toward Brent. He didn't know what to do. Was he helping what so ever?

"It's alright Professor Jackson. There are very, very few people who know and I'd like to keep it that way." Belaya said softly, still tired. If the two professors weren't there right now she would've been sound asleep. "I think... I think it would be easier if someone else told you about my... problems... I really do not feel like talking about it now. Just give me a moment and I'll have someone else tell you."
Belaya closed her eyes, calling out to one of her voices. This one was slightly psycho but easy to control. It didn't take long for her to call upon her other self and it would be easy to regain control. Slowly, as the change of conscience began, her eyes became darker and slightly more sadistic and a smirk start forming on her mouth. Glamoura noticed the change but paid no mind. He was already used to the changes.
"Hey. Belle sent me out to talk to you. Whaddya like to know bout us?" the other Belaya, who the original one had named Kras, sat up, pushing the wolfdog off of her. She was obviously not Belaya, This was Kras. Someone who wasn't afraid of anyone or anything and could kill you without batting an eye.

Chase's eye's got huge when Belaya like... switched personalities. This was no happening. Was it? Something had to be wrong here. "Be-Belaya?" Chase mumbled, completely shocked before he backed up toward Brent. Chase was scared. That wasn't normal. Absolutely not normal.
He reached over and grabbed Brent's hand without really thinking about it. "Wha'ts going on?" Chase asked the person that was in front of them. "Uh. how about first you tell us who you are and why it seems like you're not Belaya anymore." Chase said. He was slightly freaking out right now.
Chase felt sorry for Belaya. She clearly seemed to have mental problems. She had to have something wrong with her head that was causing this. Chase just wanted to wrap his arms around her and tell her everything would be okay. He might have if he wasn't scared shitless right now.

Kras laughed as she watched the two men react at her appearance. This was a pretty normal reaction but she always found it extremely funny. Their confused looks, their helplessness in the situation... All these things amused her. Entertained her. Indeed, Kras was a sadistic personality yet she was respectable.
"As you may see, I'm not Belaya." Kras said with a smirk once she was done with her laughing fit. "We may share the same body but we aren't the same person. Technically, I have no name but Belaya calls me Kras so it's kind of like my unofficial name. You may call me Kras if you wish... I was born from her mind basically. It's a strange, strange process that is very difficult to explain. Any other questions? Remember, I have no shame in telling anything you want to know about us so go and ask."

in any way if he were on his own. He was even more freaked out when Kras laughed, seemingly at their reactions to her unexpected appearance. Whatever she was, she was so different from Belaya. Brent hardly dared to imagine how hard everything was being on the young witch when she was constantly faced with such a large issue. There was no doubt about it, they were taking her straight to St Mungo's as soon as possible. Biting his lip, Brent looked from Kras-Belaya to Chase then back again, not entirely sure what to say. He decided it would probably be good to leave the questioning to Chase.[/ul]

Chase squeezed Brent's hand back, trying to stay calm and not freak out completely like he was in his mind right now. He didn't know what the fuck was going on. First... Kras was laughing at them. Chase assumed because of their reaction, but how else were they supposed to react about seeing Belaya change that completely in front of their eyes and this new person showing up.
"Okay... so you born from her mind. That means you live in there. You're another personality?" Chase asked timidly. He had heard before about people going insane and hearing voices in their heads. But he hadn't heard of this. He thinks there was some psychological condition about personalities. It was possible to have different ones in their minds. There was once a girl with 7 different ones, not including her own. Is that what Belle has?
"Why are you in her head..." Chase ended with a small voice. Deciding not to give his psychological diagnosis just yet. Chase did decide that Belaya needed some help, and fast. He got why she left Hogwarts and didn't want to go back.

"Yeah. Something like that... People call it personalities but it's more like another person." Kras replied in an extremely bored voice. The only reason why she decided to entertain and cooperate with the two teachers was because of Belaya otherwise the situation would have been much, much different. "Why am I in her head? Well... Let me consult Belle about that first..."
Kras closed her eyes, trying to reach the main controller of this body in the sub-conscious depths of the mind. It took her awhile to find Belaya in the sea of many personalities and voices but not too long.
"Well... I think it'd be easier to explain if I start from the beginning because if someone has multiple personalities there's always a story behind it. Always a reason. Myself and many others are the products of Belaya Drocellmeyer's life. Have you heard her story yet? I assume not."

Chase was about to answer Belaya when Brent actually beat him to it. Chase's head snapped over to Brent stand next to him as he talked. He knew Belaya better than Chase did, and he didn't know the story she was talking about either? Great, Chase had a bad feeling about this story.
"We're here to listen. Tell us this story." Chase told her with a thoughtful look on his face. He wanted her to trust them. They were going to have to help her after they figured out what exactly was going on. Chase didn't think he could live with Belaya living in this tent much longer either. He could offer her a room in his house. He could take care of her. It would only be for the summer really. Chase didn't like it when kids weren't happy. Mainly because he never was growing up.

"Okay then. Belaya Drocellmeyer and her twin brother were born in America to a very powerful father. They lived there until they were 4. Then her father became an ambassador to Russia." Kras began the story of Belaya's life with a sigh. "It was then when things became rough for her and her brother. That was when she had to grow up... Belaya's parents became abusive, uncaring and unkind. They pretty much left their kids for the dogs. They didn't care for them. At all. The two parents would become drunk, pick fights with each other then take out all their problems in the form of physical and verbal attacks against Belaya and Jay. Belaya always tried to get the worst of it though... Better her than her twin how was very sickly. That's how she knows a thing or two about medicine..."
Kras paused here to breath and start making a pot of tea. Even this sadistic personality had a hard time talking about Belle's past. After all it was hers too. It wasn't like Kras just decided to exist. Belaya had made her and all the other personalities because of all that happened. Simply being a personality wasn't very satisfying or nice. It was lonely and empty. That's why so many struggle to become the dominant one. Hoping to get rid of the horrid emptiness that never seemed to go away.

loving, for Brent anyway. Which only caused him to push them away. A regrettable decision, especially since now Brent had lost the two of them for good. He'd truly been a terrible son. If only kids like Belaya and her brother could've had parents like his... like all of them deserved. Not to mention how Belaya's story of her abusive parents made him think of Chase's father, without really thinking about it, Brent found himself holding onto Chase's hand even tighter than before. "I... that's... that's just..." Brent stammered, trying to find the right words and failing miserably. Actually hearing first hand about things like this was a lot different from reading it in some stupid magazine. It was too real. "I-I'm sorry. If there's anything we could do..." Brent trailed off again, looking up at Chase as he bit down on his bottom lip. As to what they could actually do to help, Brent had no idea.[/ul]

That was it, Chase couldn't stand by and let Belaya live here, hurt like this. He had to do something. Chase knew how it felt to be abused by his father. She had both of her parents abusing her, he couldn't even begin to think about what his life would be like without his mother there to help him. Chase felt his fiancee hold his hand even tighter and he didn't have to ask why. He knew Brent was thinking the same thing he was right now.
Chase turned his head and looked at Brent with hurt eyes. Tears were starting to form in his eyes because of Belaya's story. How much it was alike his own. Chase gave Brent a look that said ”We have to...” They had the room with their new house. All five of them could live in it peacefully and there would still be another room left to be the guest room.
“Uh. Belaya. I want you to come live with me and Brent and our family.” Chase said it uncertainly. Like he didn't know for sure if Brent would be okay with it or not, but he knew he had to do it. He couldn't just let Belaya live by herself out here in a tent, and there was no way he was going to make her go back to her parents house. This was the only thing Chase could think of. “Oh wait. A-am I talking to Kras? Er. Can Belaya come back and talk now?” Chase kind of felt stupid asking that, but didn't know considering she had just confessed that she had multiple personalities in a way. Voices in her head.
Chase grabbed onto Brent's arm with his free hand, holding onto him tightly. It was one thing to talk about the house from his past, his father in general, and what happened when he was younger. It still hurt him to talk about that, yet this was different. Belaya was hurting inside just like Chase had been hurting inside at her age. He had been hurting because of his dad just like she was hurting because of her parents. Before Chase could stop, his mind started flashing with everything that had happened. The things that Chase would never forget. The things that would haunt Chase for the rest of his life. He remembered one time when he was older that his dad decided slapping and pushing to the ground and kicking weren't good enough. He remembered his dad getting so mad at him for Chase trying to stop his father from hitting his mother that he started punching him until he eventually blacked out. That was the worst time.
All his life Chase had tried to block away those memories, and they were coming back to him. They were telling him that he couldn't leave Belaya alone in the world. He just couldn't. He wouldn't want that to happen if someone had figured out about what was happening with him and his mom. Not someone that could help somehow. He just couldn't do it. He didn't care if Brent would get mad because he didn't ask him. It had to happen. He couldn't leave her... not after what he had been through in his own life.
“I'm sorry, Brent...” Chase mumbled into his ear as he turned toward Brent more, making sure he was still there. Chase didn't really feel like letting him go at the moment. Or anytime soon, actually. Brent didn't know details about what his father did to Chase. He just knew he beat him and his mother when he was drunk, which was every day of his life.

Kras slowly sipped her tea, not caring that it was hot and was scalding her tongue, remembering how she came to be. She was the first personality to be born from Belaya. That day... That day was one of the worst for the young child. It had been a week since Belle and Jay's ninth birthday and their father had come home from a dinner with some other ambassadors and had obviously been drinking. He was sputtering angry nonsense as soon as he walked through the door and Belaya, knowing what would happen next, quickly sent Jay to hide outside in the cold. It was dangerous as her brother was sick and she would get the worst but she had no choice.
Her father shouted angrily, trying to find anyone to take out his anger upon and found his daughter. Belaya didn't even try to stop him, she had given up a long time ago, and tried to contain her screams of pain as she was covered with kicks and punches. Her mother, hearing the ruckus simply glanced at the scene and, when Belaya could no longer contain her screams of pain, spit on her daughter then went back to bed. Belle had blacked out but still wasn't given rest as her father threw either scalding hot water or freezing cold water over her.
This is how it normally went but that night, her father took it to the next level. As Belaya screamed and begged for mercy Kras was born. Kras was born to give Belle strength because the girl had given up that day but was given strength from Kras. That strength is the only reason why she wasn't dead or still with her parents. But, in Belaya's opinion, that strength was why Jay died.
"She finally was able to escape one day when in London but, with her escape, her brother's life was taken. That day her dad was in London and brought along the family." Kras said, quickly trying to finish the story. "She managed to make it to a forest but it was there that Jay collapsed and died. In the next two weeks Belaya was forced to watch her brother die of pneumonia..."
"Yeah, I'll bring Belaya out. You take care of her or I will be back, trust me." Kras replied in a strong voice. "Get her help too or she will go insane and be nothing but a mess. It was hard enough already. One more thing before I leave you, perhaps for forever, take things slow and be cautious. Also, to answer your question about how I came to be, I was born while she was raped by her father. I am the strength that kept this girl alive. Oh, and she doesn't know I told you this so please keep it that way. Good luck, thank you and... good bye."

? Brent thought of Tommy and held Chase tighter. He hadn't seen death before, something he was glad of. Upon hearing Belaya's got raped by her father, Brent froze. He'd never known she been through so much, especially for a witch of her age. They had to look after her, no matter what problems she had, there was no doubt left in Brent's mind about it. "We'll do everything possible to help her, don't you worry." he answered firmly, "Bye, Kras."[/ul]
