Andrew was left speechless. Blake just took his mug and drank it all. And now he was a bit drunk. "Seriously? Who gets drunk on Butterbeer?" he first thought to himself with a very amazed expression. Blake was blushing red and looked very beautiful.

"there are just some people who can't stand alcohol, no matter how small it maybe." his mind told him. He sighed and simply watched Blake and listen to him rant. It was truly amusing.

"I don't know why she hates you. i don't think she odes hate you at all. She does doesn't seem attracted to you. That's it. Besides, would it kill you that there is one girl in the whole castle that hasn't fallen for your... Whatever it is you have." he inserted.

Then Blake's 'but' was intriguing. Andrew hated it when people stop talking and end a sentence or phrase with 'but'. "But what? No, let me guess. You know your not gay but you seem to feel something different? Tell me that when your sober and not drunk." Andrew said as he crossed his legs and arms.

Ashton moved and leaned on his seat, pouting. "No, I was about to say that having you here makes me calm." Blake said as he sighed. He shouldn't have been drinking. He was never a good drinker. Even Butterbeer was too much for him.

He began to wonder how he was going to get back to the castle. "She hates me... I know it." he told Andrew as a hiccup escaped his lips. "Sorry..." he apologized. He thought it was time for him to head back to the castle before it would be harder for him to walk.

Blake had a sad face on, he was really drunk like Andrew said. "Sorry.." he said again and tried to stand up. He was going to leave before he would fall asleep on the table. "Sorry..." he said for the third time and was about to fall.

"Damn it! I'm this bad of a drinker?" he asked himself mentally. He was never going to drink ever again.

He was thinking about what Blake had said and was taken back for a second. "So much for knowing what he was thinking, Andrew Sebastian Maxwell." he thought to himself and sighed. "I'm sorry for assuming such a thing."

Before Andrew could say anything else, Blake had attempted to stand up but was failing. He instantly caught the drunk Ravenclaw. "Seriously? You are a very bad drinker. You get drunk even on Butterbeer." Andrew said as he helped Blake get back on his seat. "Now stay still until you sobber up a little. Or at least enough that you can walk back to Hogwarts." Andrew added as he sat back on his own seat.

"Now, stay still so that you can sobber up a little. I can't actually just leave you alone now. It's beyond my conscience to do such a thing." he said and crossed his arms. "I'll accept your apologies when you come back to your better state of mind." he added while giving Blake a stern stare.

Blake felt Andrew's strong arms holding on to him as he allowed Andrew to help him get back to his seat. The snake was right about himm being a bad drinker. He wasn't used to drinker Butterbeer even. "Sorry..." was all Blake ever said. He felt his heart beat faster as Andrew's arms held him carefully.

"Rowena Ravenclaw! I hope he can't hear it." he thought to himself as he sat back down and behaved. The last thing he wanted was sitting close to the handsome slytherin who was causing him to re-think if he was really straight or bi-sexual.

He listened to Andrew and nodded. He needed to gather his brain back so that they could head back to the castle before the sunsets and the gates close. Blake didn't want to get into trouble and he didn't want to drag Andrew with him.

Andrew felt Blake's heart beat faster but it must have been because he was almost fallen and embarrassed himself in front of everyone else. He sighed and hoped that Blake would just stop apologizing already. He sounded like a guilty boyfriend.

"Please stop apologizing to me. Everyone might think that we're together-together and that we're fighting. So just stay quiet and get sobber." Andrew told him as he crossed his arms and legs. He sighed and waited patiently for Blake to be better. From sharing a table, Andrew got a drunken 'claw and he knew he couldn't just leave him behind.

"Next time, don't go and drink when you know you can't handle the alcohol. No matter how small it is." Andrew told Blake sternly. "I might not be here the next time to help you get back to Hogwarts." he added. He hoped that Blake would listen well.

Blake's eyes widen when Andrew said that they sounded like a couple we where fighting. "Sorry..." he said again and instantly closed his mouth so that he couldn't say anything. He was kind of getting really tired and wanted to sleep. The table was starting to look comfortable to him.

Then Andrew told him off about not drinking again if he couldn't handle the alcohol. It wasn't really his fault. It was because of Blaze. He looked down and wanted to apologize again but stopped himself. He thought that if he said 'sorry' again, Andrew might actually blow a fuse and leave him to walk back alone.

Blake began to wonder if he could actually walk back to the castle by himself. "You can't even stand on your own, much less walk back to Hogwarts." his mind reminded him. He sighed and remained quiet. He had to get sober because the night came.

Andrew waited for what seemed like an hour or forever. Whatever happens to Blake, he was responsible now since he was the one with him and the one that saw and heard the 'claw spill his insides out and was like near the brink of tears.

After a few more minutes, "I think it's safe for you to walk back to the castle. If we wait a little more longer, the sun would set and the gates might close. And I do not want to be in trouble because we stayed out the whole night." Andrew said as he stood up and went beside Blake.

"I'll help you the whole while. Don't worry." he reassured him and slowly helped Blake up. "As long as the castle is in sight, we'll make a run for the gate. The sun is setting and I don't know how long the gates are going to stay open." he added before pulling Blake up.

Andrew had a point and Blake knew it well. If they both waited until he was really sober, that would take the whole evening since Blake wasn't a good drinker. He sighed and allowed himself to be man-handled by Andrew since the snake was taller than he was.

"I'm sorry to have dragged you into my mess, Andrew. And to think that we just met and all. This is a bad first impression." Blake said in a low tone. He was disappointed with himself for many reasons.

One, he got drunk and dragged some innocent person into his mess.

Two, he made a big deal about the challenge week which would have not been pushed through if he just surrendered.

He sighed in frustration. For a Ravenclaw, he sure had made a handful of mistakes in a row. He tried to smile at Andrew. "Thanks. Your right, when we see the gates, we should make a run for it. I'm sure I'll be able to run when we reach the path towards the castle." he said. He stood up and held on to Andrew for support.

Without another word, Andrew pulled Blake up and helped him put on his coat. They had to leave as quickly as they could because the sun was nearly gone. Andrew didn't want to have to stay in Hogsmeade for the night and earn a week or month's worth of detention the next day.

"Come on." he told Blake and helped his walked towards the door. "If we get back to the castle in time, I am never going to let you drink when your with me in Hogsmeade again. If there is a next time that is." He said before they stopped before the door.

he turned back to Blake and made sure that the 'claw was well covered because the weather wasn't so nice when the sun was setting. He fixed the jacket once more. "There, now we can go."

Blake could feel his face heating up as Andrew took time to fix his jacket and gloves. No one has ever taken time to help Blake before. He smiled a little and bowed at Andrew. He owed this guy big time for being nice. But Blake knew that Andrew would never go for him, not that Blake actually cared.

"Thanks for your help, Andrew. I owe you one." he said and opened the door for them. "I think I can feel my legs again. We'll make a run for the gate right?" he repeated. "Then you better be a fast runner because you might get left behind." he joked as he led Andrew out the pub and out on the street.

"Let's go." was the last thing Blake said before they left Hogsmeade and walked on back to the castle.
