Dominique sighed as she looked around the familiar campus of Hogwarts. She really hoped that someone would come and talk to her to occupy her time. It wasn’t like everyone to be in classes right now was it? She sighed as she opened up her book to the last page she had read. Obviously she was going to have to fill her time some other way. Which usually mean she was going to just read. She read her copy of Dante’s Inferno. She didn’t know why but she loved mystery books, books on certain muggle words, and other things like that. She wasn’t to keen with History of Magic however. She sighed a little bit as she brushed her hair out of her face. It was annoying. She really should have pulled it back.
Dominique was interrupted by a loud bang coming from the loo. She shook her head again, obviously someone was playing with her uncles gift shop gag gifts. They had to be. There had been a good deal of them going off on campus recently. She just went back to reading, though she heard another bang, and a bunch of girl’s screaming. Boys will be boys right? She stayed where she was, as she opened a delicious chocolate frog and began to eat it. She found herself with another Dumbledore card. She smiled and pocketed it as she continued to read her book.
She was about to open another one when a different set of noise came down the hallway. The sound of feet, pattering every so softly. She had a good sense of hearing and a good sense of smell. She could only assume that it was the boy that had been pulling pranks. The prefect sat still for a moment, as she continued to listen. Then she spoke. ”You know, I could get you in trouble for pulling those pranks like that.” She said as she looked right at them. ”Did you want to be in trouble with a prefect?”
