Gabe was bored. He wanted to do something. Anything. He didn't know where Minna was at the moment and Brent seemed like he disliked him even if Gabe offered his friendship. But he himself knew that Brent was nothing more than a pawn on his game at Hogwarts.
Minna on the other hand was no pawn. She was the queen on his chess board. And Gabe was definitely the king. From the first time he met her, she had been very intriguing and mysterious. A challenge that Gabe couldn't pass up.
But she seemed to avoid him as much as he tried to look for her. "I wonder if she doesn't like me... I know I didn't say anything to piss her off... Well, except for mentioning her father but she forgave me then... Hmmm..." he thought about her more. She was the knew definition of 'FUN' in his vocabulary. A feisty woman Willhellminna Theoreux was.

Gabe turned and saw Maryn Lovegood, the Matron of the Hospital wing. He smiled, "I don't mind, please have a seat." he said and moved to give her room. "So, I've heard rumors of you and McKinney having a divorce and all. Must be tough on you, since McKinney cheated with Jackson." he told her apologetically.
"I'm sorry. I'm not going to pry but I want you to know that if a man cheats on his wife, that man ought to not be forgiven at all." he told her and looked up at the sky. He would never cheat on his wife, if he had a wife that is.
Being a death eater meant having a family of his own would be tough. Especially looking for a woman who would be able to understand why he chose to be a death eater and follow a new dark lord in the raising.

[/i] about him which Maryn couldn't quite put her finger on. Maryn's smile faltered at the mention of her ex-husband and his new lover. But she then remembered what Minna had told him about him in turn cheating on Jackson. "Don't worry, a lot of people have been questioning me about it." she sighed, looking down, "I-I think what he's done... yes... it's unforgivable. It's torn me apart." Maryn looked away from Gabe, forcing crocodile tears to glisten in her eyes as she hid a smirk. "Minna... she has something planned though..." she spoke up, turning back to face him, "I assume you've met her, Willhellminna Theoreux?"[/color][/ul]

Gabe smiled as Maryn mentioned Minna. "Of course, I've met her. Who hasn't?" he said and laughed lightly. He had taken a liking to her simply because he avoided her more than anyone else had. "She has a plot? Against McKinney?" he asked and a smirk came to his face.
"And what does this plot have to do with me? I'm sensing that you didn't come out here just to seat and talk about random things, Matron." he told her with a smirk that he tried to to be an arrogant one.
He had a feeling that Maryn came to him to ask that he participate in the plot. He could read her like an open book. But she had to out right tell him. But since it was Minna who was doing the plotting, he'd do it without hesitation.

Gabe nodded, "I'm quite surprised that she would seek my help. Sure, I'd be glad to be of service to two wonderful ladies. I'm at your command." he told her and bowed.
"However, how will I be of service to you both? I'm not close to McKinney and I don't think I will be able too. He's not the type of person I would actually want to be friends with. Associates maybe, but I highly doubt we'd be friends." He told her.
Gabe was glad that Minna thought of including him in her plans. Which meant that he had a chance on her. This just made his day great. He smiled politely at Maryn, "Dinner? At the Theoreux Manor? That would be an honor then." he told her with a wide smile.

Gabe tried to look away as Maryn was apparently teasing him now. Damn, he was being obvious for a woman. But then again, Minna Theoreux was no ordinary woman. She was special beyond the ones he had met before. He scratched the back of his head in embarrassment.
"Let's just keep that to ourselves, shall we?" he asked her politely. He'd normally hex someone to the next century but then again, doing that to this woman would not earn him any points on Minna's good side. He'd end up on her bad side in a blink of an eye.
He turned to her, "Does my face really brighten up?" he asked her. He'd never notice such a trivial thing but it seemed to matter here.

Gabe tried not to get his cheeks turn red. Never before had he met anyone that would make him act the way he was acting now when it came to Minna. He sighed because he was being pushed to a corner by a woman who may or may not understand his true intentions.
He turned to MAryn, "Please, I'm begging you. I'll do anything you ask me to, just don't tell Willhellminna about what you saw today. I might not be able to face her at all, if she knew." he told Maryn with a semi-pleading voice.
His eyes did all the talking for him. His eyes were pleasing and would jump out and bend if it could. He just didn't want to ruin his stoic reputation as the Flying Instructor.
"Very well, have a nice day, Matron Lovegood." he said and waved once at her. then he sighed, he didn't know why but Minna was going to be the death of him.
