"I'm sure your teacher won't mind if you tell her you had some family issues." Macks eyes burrowed as he thought about it. "But I guess if you don't want to tell anyone about this an excuse would probably be best." Mack figured that Dria wouldn't want the school, or even just one teacher, knowing that the Malfoy family wasn't as perfect as they tried making them see.
After Mack helped Dria up, he noticed that she had pulled out her want to clean off her robes. He could have kicked himself for not thinking of it before. Quickly grabbing his wand from his robes, he waved them, saying the spell in his head rather that out loud, and watched as all the dirt disappeared. Sometimes his muggle roots got the better of him. Something he didn't want Dria, a pureblood, knowing.
Mack walked over to Dria and put his arms around her waist. He was about a head taller, maybe a little less. He pressed his lips to her forehead. "Let's walk back. If we hurry we can make it to our next class on time and won't have to worry about making an excuse for that one."

Her eyes furrowed as she thought and heard his recommendation. Tnat was never going to happen. She couldn't tell a teacher that the perfect Malfoy's were not perfect after all. That thought alone would get her beaten she was sure of it. Well probably not beating but her father would be furious. That was the last thing she needed. "That isn't an option Mack, never will be an option, no one can know."
"My father would be, well I don't even want to think of the howler I would get from him. That would be an embarrassment to say the least." A Malfoy never got a Howler. Most of the time they got lectured in the privacy of there own home, or in her case a pub, or a letter.
Once Mack had said the spell to clean up his robes. She smirked. She could see how royally pissed off he was about forgetting the simple clean up spell. She sort of chuckled a little bit. "Yeah I guess so." She said softly. Though she was enjoying the very few moments she had spent with Mack. It made her that much happier.

Mack frowned. "Yeah. I realized that after I had said it. I'm sorry. I know this must be hard." Mack didn't know what to tell her anymore. This kind of situation was hard. Unfortunately Mack was afraid that he was making things worse by dating her. Wouldn't that be the opposite of what he would want? Mack felt bad about this.
"Dria... maybe we shouldn't date. If your dad isn't going to like it. Which he isn't, and you want him to accept you and start loving you... wouldn't that make the opposite effect?" Mack felt bad. He wanted to date her more than anything, but he also just wanted her to be happy. And he was afraid that wouldn't be the case if or when he found out they were dating.
"I mean. I want to. You mean a lot to me. But I want you to be happy." Mack looked down. He didn't want her to say she agreed. He wanted her to say she didn't care.

Dria nodded she did understand. She wasn't a total hater after all. "It's fine." She stated sharply. She didn't care if her father loved her or not. Truth was she did. It hurt underneath the layer of hatred she had for others. The bitterness, how many times she told them to leave her alone.
His words came to fast. She swung a little bit to look at his eyes. Her hand was quick and slapped him across the face. "I don't need you telling me that, you want me to snap?" She asked. Maybe that's what everyone wanted, her to snap like Bellatrix did. Like the others that were housed in azkaban. "You have a girl." She said sharply. That's what it was. She pulled her hand away from his. She was pissed off now and there was that edginess to her voice.
She heard his next words. The words softened the blow that maybe Mack didn't want her after all. "I do not care what he says now. I'm done, I'm done feeling like I'm hurt." She said softly.

Mack didn't really know what was happening as her hand came and slapped him across his face. It didn't hurt of course, except on the inside. Mack was stronger than that. He had a high pain tolerance.
"No! Dria, listen. It's not that. At all. There is no one else. I only like you." Mack made sure to clear everything up right away. There was no other girl in his life. Besides his sister of course, but she didn't count in this conversation. Mack didn't even have any friends that were girls either. It was just Dria. "I really like you and I want to be with you. I can promise you that. I just don't want to cause you even more problems. I'm a muggleborn, Dria. You're a pureblood. Your father would hate my guts." This was one of those times that Mack hated who he was.
"That's good for you... I think."

Dria placed her hands against her sides as she watched his emotions seem to go into over gear. She didn't hit hard and she was not doing it to make him hurt. She wanted to snap him out of whatever was happening inside of his mind.
Dria looked at him, her eyes set on watching him. "Well good." She said as she snapped a little bit. She was not angry she was just hurting, and when one was hurt you tend to take it out on others a bit to much.
"Do you think I care if your a muggle and im a pure blood? My father has already disowned me, why not forget I exist purely for other reasons." She said with a shrug. She felt like herself around Mack. She felt better around him. He brought out the best in her even when she was sure she was not even a good person.

Mack took a deep breath before walking forward and putting his hands on her waist, right above where he hands were placed on her hips. He pulled her toward him in an embrace sort of thing. "Why don't we just forget about this conversation, and your father in general. Let's worry about nothing but ourselves." Mack smiled before kissing her forehead.
Mack felt comfortable with Dria in his arms. It was bliss to him. He really liked her. They may be practically opposites, but they got along somehow and Mack wasn't going to complain about that. This was how a relationship was supposed to be. That much he knew. He couldn't wait to tell Phoenix about his new girlfriend.
OOC: Sorry it's a bit short... idk what else to say.
