It had been a couple of days since Jackie's visit to Alex's flat and he had kept a close eye on him ever since. He was pleased to see him up and running about the next day, getting ready for work and whatnot. It was a shame that he had healed up in record time but Jackie put it down to Alex's knack for brewing healing potions. The boy was a Healer after all.
It had been relatively easier to stalk the boy in public since he didn't have his wand on him. Jackie still had the precious object tucked away safely. He had learnt Alex's new home-to-work route. Bus and a short cut through a park right in front of St. Mungo's. And that was where Jackie lurked, waiting for him.
Jackie wasn't alone either. His sole friend that he shared everything with was here accompanying him: Aiden. Jackie wanted to show him personally the little world he had with his pet and hopefully teach him a few useful pointers. It definitely beat doing this alone. Maybe they could joke about it later on over dinner and wine. They were twisted.
"You'll have fun, Aiden. Just make sure he doesn't snatch your wand. He can be quite the slippery fox." Jackie warned, stomping out another finished cigarette with his heel. He chain smoked when he was looking forward to something. Now it was meeting his pet again. He'd told Aiden that his pet was being cheeky again. He was wearing scarves to hide Jackie's gift and he was closer than ever to Chase. Something Jackie didn't like one bit.
"He'll walk down here pretty soon... Its the way he takes through the park... so keep your eyes open." Jackie nodded, fishing himself another tab out and liting it with his Zippo. The Italian was made out of pure bad habits. "Don't get spooked if this doesn't go calmly. He's quite temperamental. Like the little bitch he can be.... If he gets on your nerves don't be afraid to give him a piece of your mind. Your my friend, you're allowed. This'll serve you well for Brent - you don't take shit from no one, you hear?"

Aiden chuckled as he listened to Jackie. "You know me better than anyone else, Jackie. Hell, you know me better than Brent does." Aiden told Jackie as he sat on a bench. "Well, this better amuse me. I didn't leave the shop to come out and just get bored, Piazza." he added with a smirk.
He looked around for Jackie's pet and wondered what his own pet was doing. Aiden never thought of Brent as a pet. But since he was with Jackie, the people they like are called pets. This had amused Aiden ever since he and Jackie became friends. Both thought almost alike and enjoyed the other man's company since Jackie brought out the real Aiden.
"I am glad that your pet hasn't met me yet. But then again, a few glamours on myself won't be a bad idea. I don't want Alex to tell Brent anything. I hope you don't mind Jackie." he said as Aiden cast a few glamours on himself to disguise himself. The last thing Aiden wanted was for Brent to doubt him.

Jackie chuckled faintly when Aiden mentioned how it better be worth his while. His drew on his cigarette, causing the ember to flare up for a moment, exhaling the slate smoke while he spoke. "If you're anything like me, which I know you are, this'll amuse you." Jackie glanced sideways at Aiden, a devious smirk curving his lips. His friend wouldn't be able to comprehend how pleased it made Jackie to be able to share this with him. It was just going to make it more fun.
"How about after we have him make us dinner? He's an angel in the kitchen." Jackie took a couple more puffs on his cigarette before having it join the graveyard of stubs by his feet. "He might not be Italian but his pasta dishes are to kill for...." The man pondered on his choice of wording for a second. Would he ever kill for Alex's cooking? It was a possibility. But whatever he cooked just tasted so good... It was probably another reason why Jackie felt as though Alex had to be his.
"That's a good idea, Aid." Jackie nodded, getting out his own wand and tweaking his own appearance. After doing so, he grinned at his friend. "I just want to scare him. Bet the poor creature won't know what to do about two strangers in a dark park now he's wandless. Its not like he'd even he able to take either of us on. That just makes this more fun."

Aiden was glad that Jackie also changed his appearance. "I would enjoy scaring this pet of yours, Jackie. And do you think he'd actually cook for two strangers?" Aiden laughed as he reminded Jackie that they had disguises on. "I wouldn't want your pet to say anything to my Bren-Bren. It would make me look bad you know." he added as he looked around.
"By the way, what did you do with Alex's wand anyway? Did you break it yourself?" Aiden asked. "Would you want me to buy your pet a new one?" the park was quiet and it was perfect. To someone else, it might have been an eerie silence but to Aiden, it was just perfect.

"After the first initial scare I'll be lifting thr charm... When he sees that its me... Well... It won't exactly bring him any solace." Especially not after their last encounter. The good thing about Alex healing all the violet and pink blemishes Jackie had left on him was that now his skin was clear... and he could do it all over again. Aiden hadn't ever seen him playing with his pet before... He couldn't help but wonder how he would take it. Would he even join in? Poor Alexander. Jackie was going to have so much fun.
"But yes, it would be for the best if you didn't lift yours though. When that boy is sober he has quite the memory. The last thing we want is him being spiteful and ruining everything for you." Jackie laughed lightly, pulling his coat tighter around himself when a sharp breeze picked up. Alex couldn't be too long now. Butterflies were already gathering in Jackie's stomach from anticipation.
"I still have his wand. Its back in the hotel. I was going to give it him today but.... He's been misbehaving. So no rewards today. He has to learn the error of his ways so... Feel free to help."

Aiden didn't need Jackie to tell him to lift his glamours. He already planned to not take off his glamour. "Never call me Aiden. Call me Robb instead. The last thing we want that pet of yours it for him to remember my real name." Aiden told Jackie before inhaling deeply.
"I think I'd rather watch you and your pet play. It's the one thing we never did yet. Have each other watch as we play with them. And since we're already here, we'll start with you." Aiden said with a smirk. He had one up Jackie this time which made him laugh.
It's not like Aiden wouldn't want Jackie to watch him and Brent play, it's just that, since Aiden came and found Brent, he wasn't given a chance to have fun with Brent in private yet. And that being said, Aiden wanted some alone time with his Bren-Bren before he'd allow Jackie to be there and watch, participate even.

"Good idea, Robb" Jackie jiggled his friend in the ribs with his elbow on saying his new "name". It was just so foreign-sounding on his tongue that he couldn't help but giggle. At the start of their wait, Jackie had been cool, almost looking solemn. But as the minutes ticked down, his demeanor had been replaced by a more upbeat one. His knuckles yearned for Alex and his fingers ached to squeeze something. Right now he was choking the life out of his cigarette tin.
"Aww, Robb. I was sort of hoping you'd help me out.... If he gives too much sass... Could you smack him one? Getting whacked by someone he doesn't know'll shock him so much..." Jackie trailed off his sentence with a merry chuckle. He wanted Aiden to get as hyped up as he did over bruises. He bet they looked lovely on Brent too...no, he was Aiden's. He couldn't think about that. Jackie wanted Aiden to share the morbid satisfaction he so enjoyed strangling. Was it too much to ask? Jackie wanted Alex to arrive right now. The wait was driving him crazy and did nothing but get his energy pent-up.
"I believe... someone's coming down the path... eyes open."

Aiden remained quiet and turned to the same direction that Jackie was looking at. And just like that, Alex indeed came which made Jackie smile. Aiden chuckled and rolled his eyes as he watched Jackie watch Alex coming closer and closer to them.
Aiden was already enjoying himself, watching Jackie stare at Alex's direction and it didn't help that Aiden wanted to pounce on Alex and hold him down long enough for Jackie to claim his pet. Yes, Aiden was a sadist, just like his friend. That is why Aiden couldn't ask for anyone better.

Alex hated walking to the bus station to go home after work. He felt like such a muggle. He felt helpless, too. He had no wand. No magic. No nothing. A squib would probably be more useful than him right now. He just kept his head down, earphones in, and marched at a brisk pace off to catch the bus home. He made eye contact with no one and tried not to draw attention to himself.
Alex had one hand near his throat, holding his scarf in place so the wind wouldn't strip him of it. Jackie had given him a little present: a little, black collar. Every time he had looked in the mirror, Alex had cringed. The man had little nicks on his neck from the sheer amount of times he had tried to cut it off. But nothing had been working so he had just decided to hide it with a scarf.
The young man cut through the park as usual, sticking to the main path which was still too empty and dark for his liking. It was the worst ten minutes of the walk home. Alex hated the dark. Monsters lived in the dark. He spotted two men sat on the bench, they had been talking a few moments ago but when Alex had gone to walk past them they had stopped.
Now they were looking at him.
Alex swallowed nervously and picked up the pace. He needed to go to Ollivander's and get a new wand as soon as possible. But to do that, he needed someone with a wand to get him to Diagon Alley. And there was no way he was going go through the embarrassment of tellingl his fiancé or his friends that the stupid man had lost his own wand. They'd think he had his head in clouds after all this marriage business. Well, it wasn't like he was going to tell them that someone had stolen it. In his very own home.
"I wish I had my wand..." Alex whispered breathily, giving the men on the bench a wide berth. They looked shady. Something he hadn't like one bit. But then again everyone looked suspicious if you saw the world through Alex's golden eyes right now.

It was his pet walking their way. Jackie couldn't help but go "aww" when he saw how spooked he looked. He guessed he was still shaken up over the other night, that was good, that meant he still thought about it. Jackie watched with an inspecting eye as his pet strolled hastily past them. He was wearing one of those waistcoats that looked so good on him, along with some skinny jeans. Even when he wasn't dressing to impress he could still easily catch Jackie's eye. "Come on, Robb. Time to teach him a lesson."
Jackie swiftly got up and tailed quietly after his pet as soon as he had his back on them. Silly man was listening to music. He probably wouldn't even hear him. Jackie's expression hardened when he saw the scarf closer. He couldn't see a tiny bit of his gift. It angered him. Close enough, Jackie clamped his hand over Alex's mouth and quickly whisked the man off the main trail. He was so light, maybe even lighter than last time. He yanked the earphones out once they were away. "Evening, young man."

Aiden nodded and followed Jackie. When Jackie had yanked the earphones off Alex's ears, Aiden had stood behind Alex to make sure that the smaller mad would make an escape. "You know its not safe to walked around alone at night, don't you boy?" Aiden said in a deeper voice. He wasn't going take any chances.
"We would like to offer ourselves as to make sure you get thru here without harm." he added before he turned to Jackie. He was giving Jackie the time to play before they had to leave and just laugh off whatever they would do tonight to Alex.
Aiden had no plans to hurt the man, just a little lesson on how to behave and not be so confident as to walk around at night knowing he didn't have his wand with him.

Alex froze when he felt a hand press itself over his mouth, muting any noise he made. Was he scared? Yes, pretty much. Who wouldn't. He kicked his legs and squirmed about when he was dragged away, his eyes wide and spooked. This was where it all ended. He was going to die, wasn't he? He knew the streets weren't safe of a night but what else could he do? He remembered with a moan how it was improbable that any of his friends knew where he was. None of them even knew he was walking and bus'ing it instead of apparating.
Away from the main path now, Alex glanced from man to man, trying to get a good look of their faces, a faint, distant light of the main trail casting eerie shadows over their features. "W-What do you want?" Alex managed to say once he freed his mouth. "Money? I-I-I don't have any... just m-my iPod." His fist closed around the ring on his finger. There was no way he was giving that up. He thought he had been scared the other night with Jackie in his house but... this just topped it. He was going to be mugged, wasn't he?

Jackie hissed when Alex's feet collided with his shins. He hated it when his pet got like this. It really wasn't ideal for his temper. Jackie glanced over at Aiden, his jade eyes were bubbling with venom for Alex. He didn't do anything but misbehave. He laughed loudly when Alex stammered. He really had no idea, did he? "Will you just shut the fuck up?" Jackie continued to chuckle, seething beneath his jolly front. The man grabbed Alex's hand and slipped the engagement ring right off it. He knew he'd hate that. Maybe he'd listen now. "You'll get this back if you behave, alright?"
Without even waiting for a reply, the man released his grip on the boy but to just backhand him firmly across the face. Then, in one swift movement, he whipped the scarf off him. Jackie scowled when his eyes fell on the black collar that had been hidden underneath the colourful fabric. "Thought for a moment you had actually managed to get it off... you really are quite the ungrateful little bitch, aren't you? Give you a gift and this is what you do?" Jackie stared cold daggers right into Alex's face. Aiden was right. His pet was annoying and hard-faced. But Jackie wouldn't want him any other way. First he just needed to solve that behavioural problem out. Out of the blue, he lifted his leg and aimed a sharp kick into Alex's stomach. "Tell him, Robb, that I just want him to be good." Jackie panted, eyes narrowed and never leaving Alex's face.

Aiden smirked and held Alex's other arm just in case. "We don't need your money, boy. Nor your bloody Ipod..." he said and turned to nod at Jackie. "I told you this one is a headache giving machine." he added with a hiss.
Aiden was glad that his own pet wasn't like Jackie's. He'd hate to hurt Brent and leave marks in any part of his body if it weren't love marks. Then he laughed, "This one is feisty though. Something I wish my own were like in some ways." he told Jackie.
Then a thought hit Aiden, he was going to do the same thing to Brent. He laughed. He was going to do it. And Jackie was going to help him with it.

"N-N-No! That's my engagement ring!" Alex stammered, struggling against the grip they had on his arms. This wasn't fair at all. He didn't think that he deserved any of this. Alex was a good person now. He was getting his life straight and here were two thugs stealing one of the material possessions that meant almost the world to him. He didn't struggle for long as a hand came and cracked him across the face. Alex's body sagged by his arms, making a pained noise as a angry, red blemish invaded his cheek.
"W-What?" Alex whispered, in a daze from the sudden smack. He strained weakly against the tight hold they had on him when his scarf was stolen from him, showing the small, leather choker. Before he could say much more, a sudden blow was dealt to his stomach.
Alex's legs failed him and he tumbled to his knees, keeling over and cradling his stomach with one hand. Tears were sticking to his eyelashes, making them thick and heavy. Breathing ragged breaths, he began to piece the clues together. This wasn't a random attack. "Ja... Jackie? Give... me my wand... I need it. And my ring, too."
