Jackie apparated right into his hotel suite, his home for the past couple of weeks. He still wasn't decided yet if he was going to install himself permanently in England or not, yet the idea of finding himself a nice town house in central London appealed to him greatly. Much more than the thought of going home to see his father's unsightly mug almost every day. But Jackie had time to think about this later, not now since he had visitors: Aiden and his pet.
"Welcome." Jackie smiled at Aiden but didn't even bat an eyelid in Alex's direction. Even though the man was temporarily installed here it didn't look like the places was very "lived in". On the table there was a few half filled in sheet paper, a couple of books and an Italian newspaper. His bedroom didn't differ much, only that there were a few items of clothing along with a suit hung up on the curtain rail. Jackie kept himself to himself. Even in hotel rooms.
After a few moments, Jackie averted his attention to Alex, whom he still had gripped firmly by the arm. He pushed and nudged him in the direction of the kitchen. "Go make us something, will you pet?" He sounded almost nice. But that was only because Jackie was feeling in a good mood. He walked over to a wine cooler tucked in the corner of the living room area, taking Aiden with him. He gestured that his friend helped himself to whatever but if he wished to join Jackie in having a tipple of wine he was more than welcome to.
"He may seem like he's being good but... we should keep an eye on him. Just in case. Remember what I told you about him being a slippery fox. He once poisoned a friend just to get revenge for Jackson." And which friend that was, Jackie wasn't too sure if Aiden would like to know. He wasn't too sure how he'd take his pet poisoning his pet.

Aiden moved to followed Jackie but when Jackie told him about what Alex did to someone, he moved to watch over Alex. "I wouldn't want you to poison us now." was all Aiden said as he watched Alex from a few feet away. "I shall keep watch over him while you Jackie, prepare me a glass of wine." Aiden called out from the kitchen.
He wasn't going to take any chance. But he didn't want to have Alex there with them tonight. Aiden wanted to talk to Jackie alone now. He approached Alex and softly whispered in his ear, "Do you have any sleeping draught on you? If so, hand it over to me now so you can leave without getting hurt. I don't want you here and I know you don't want to be here either." he said as he pulled out a pan from the overhead cupboard and gave it to Alex.
Strange as it may have seemed, Aiden wanted to help Alex escape Jackie tonight because Aiden had already come up with an idea how to get rid of Jackson and making it look like it was done by some guy that had a grudge against the said man.

At least if he was in the kitchen, Alex was going to be left alone to his cooking devices. Or so he had thought. Turned out Jackie's little friend wanted to keep him company. Did they honestly think Alex would purposely poison them? Well... they thought correct. The bottles in his little Healer pouch burned through the scratchy fabric. Just a couple of drops of something would do the trick... it wasn't much.
When Robb took a pan Alex's natural reaction was to flinch when it was passed his way, all the while blanching at Robb's words. Maybe he was telling the truth. Maybe he wasn't. But then... why would he lie? He had more potions than just that. Alex took the pan and brushed past Robb to get a pot as well. "I do have some..." He murmured quietly, eyeing Jackie warily, scared in case he'd pick up on the conversation. If he did there'd probably be murder to pay for. Hopefully not Alex's.
"But it's for work... I need it... I can't give it to--..." Alex looked up with sad, honey brown eyes before deflating with an exasperated sigh. Robb was his only way of getting out of this hotel suite without Jackie laying a hand on him. He should just take it. Maybe he wasn't like Jackie and had somehow got himself wrangled into this mess accidentally. Maybe he just didn't approve of what his friend did. Maybe... there were so many maybes. Alex would take his chances. "Vale... toma."
Alex opened the bag and with a quiet clink of vials, fished out the one Robb requested before shuffling over to the fridge to see what Jackie had in stock. "No one's allergic to anything, are they?"

Jackie smiled content when his friend decided to join him in sharing a bottle of wine. He rolled a couple of chilled bottles around in his hands, trying to make a decision. He wished he knew what his pet was going to prepare so to make his choice easier. Jackie shrugged and got out a bottle that was actually prepared in his own vineyards. A nice, crisp Vermentino.
"No meat for me, pet." Being a vegetarian probably didn't suit Jackie but it was something he couldn't help. His animagus being a bird made him cringe any time a chicken, duck or other bird plate was pushed his way. After time it had passed over to other meats. Especially when his father tricked him, more than once, to eat bird after passing it off as a different meat. "How about you make a fish dish? Vermicelli con le vongole? I have some fresh clams in there..."
Jackie poured out three glasses and set two of them on the coffee table for Aiden and his pet. He seemed like the kind of guy that enjoyed having something to drink while he cooked. It'd make his pet relax some too, hopefully. It wasn't nice to see him tense like this all the time. "Ai-Robb... glass on the table for you."

Aiden smiled when Alex cooperated. He placed the small vile in his pocket and smiled at Alex. he took the glass of wine that Jackie prepared for him and turned to Jackie, "Your turn to watch over your pet. Make sure he doesn't kill us both." Aiden said with a sugar coated smile. But he already planned to spike the wine bottle with the sleeping draught he got from the healer.
He took the wine bottle from Jackie, "And I'm not allergic to anything. Can you prepare two types of meal, Alex? I'm not a veggie person so I want meat in my meal." Aiden said with a smirk. He watched as Jackie was out of his sight and spiked the wine with in blink of an eye. "Oh and Jackie, just call me when you want a refill. I just might finish this bottle by myself." Aiden joked.
But he knew that Jackie knew that Aiden could really finish the thing by himself. "Though tonight, I'll be sharing this with Jackie and Alex. Thanks for the meal." he called from the living room. He didn't know why but he just didn't want Alex there tonight. And to play the part, he was going to drink the spiked wine as soon as Jackie is out cold.

Alex felt like a complete idiot. Realization that he really shouldn't of given Robb the sleeping draught came crashing down on him like a ton of icy bricks. He'd probably just done it to make sure Alex wouldn't spike their food or something. He had got what he wanted and now Jackie was going to keep an eye on him. Keep an eye on him. Hopefully he'd keep his hands off him while he cooked.
So... vermicelli con el vongole for Jackie? Fuck... Alex hadn't made anything like that in a while. He didn't ever really have clams in his fridge back home. But it's a pretty straightforward recipe so Alex supposed that he wouldn't have too much trouble with it. As for Robb... he could have fettuccine alla bolognese. He didn't deserve anything too fancy. Neither of them did. If Alex had his wand right now... he'd be cooking for Reid instead of these two foul men.
"Okay. Vermicelli con el vongole and fettucine alla bolognese." Alex murmured, making himself busy and hunting about the refrigerator and cupboards for the necessary ingredients. He wanted to look busy cooking so Jackie wouldn't be tempted to make a repeat of the last time Alex was cooking for him. He really, really didn't fancy getting into a fight, let alone be groped by him. Alex swallowed, feeling a sudden pang of uneasiness in his stomach. He felt a bit queasy. Jackie was one vile character.
"I don't want to drink." Alex stated bluntly, squinting his eyes as he diced onions. He hated onions. He hated how they made his eyes sting and water. Chewing bubble gum sometimes helped but right now he had none so he was forced to suffer the eye-watering curse of the onion. "I was going to have a drink later with Reid. So... I don't want to drink." It was a lie. But Alex hadn't eaten anything since lunch and drinking on an empty stomach wouldn't be advisable right now considering his situation. Getting even the slightest bit tipsy around these two was something Alex really did not want.

Everything seemed quiet in the kitchen area, the only audible noise being gentle clangs of pots and pans. Aiden either really intimidated Alex or the boy was actually behaving, but he heard not a peep from him. This was nice though. Maybe he should invite Aiden over more often when Alex was around. Jackie picked up Alex's glass of wine and walked over to the kitchen area now that Aiden was returning to the sitting room. "Nice of you to share my wine with me, Robb." Jackie chuckled, growing closer to the kitchen. He leaned against one of the granite counters and watched his pet potter about the kitchen. It was entertaining to watch. He seemed almost comfortable here even though it wasn't his kitchen.
Then Jackie caught a glimpse of the little healing bag Alex had on him. He'd forgotten about that. Swiftly, he plucked it off his pet and peered in at the contents. He saw all the vials and tutted. "I hope you weren't planning to use any of these, pet. Otherwise I'd be mighty disappointed." He began to rummage around in there for a certain one. "But... this just reminds me... you need to learn that you can't take revenge into your own hands. Especially if its with my friend's pet, McKinney.... aha! Here's the blighter."
Jackie held up to the light the poison Alex had used to inflict suffering on his friend. He hadn't used enough for it to be mortal yet... Jackie knew how much would be needed. "Let's play a little game, pet. Maybe then you'll learn not to play with poison." With a whisk of his wand, Jackie conjured up four, black, opaque shot glasses. He tipped Alex's wine into the four and in three added poison. Enough to kill. He then levitated them into the air and they began to move, weaving amongst themselves as they floated between Jackie and Alex.
"Pick a glass, pet. And down it. Maybe now you won't be so quick as to harm my friend's pet."

Aiden watched as he tried to hide his shock when Jackie summoned glasses and poured the vile he got from Alex's bag. Aiden should have kept the bag but it was too late now. There was no turning back since Jackie had began his game with Alex.
"Don't kill him Jackie. I want that dinner finished first!" Aiden yelled from the living room. He stood up and went to the kitchn to join the other three. Aiden looked at Jackie seriously, "You pormised me a good meal first. And if he dies before he gives me my meal, I will have my way with you, Jackie." Aiden said. He was terribly hungry and the wine wasn't really helping.
And he wanted to get the healer out unharmed. Aiden didn't want to play tonight. He wanted a relaxing evening with a good meal and a good bottle of wine. "Alex, please return to your cooking for now. After the meal is done," Aiden turned to Jackie, "You can have fun with him to your hearts content." Aiden smiled at Jackie as he kissed his friend's forehead. "Alright?"

The colour from Alex's face drained faster than the water from the clams. Jackie... knew about him poisoning Brent? The guy had read his journal. That had to be the only explanation. Alex watched with wide eyes as the man retrieved the very same poison he had used on his friend. His breath caught in his throat when he realized what Jackie was planning. Jackie wouldn't kill him over this? Would he?
And then... Robb intervened. Thank you Merlin. It seemed like Jackie listened to him. Maybe he'd listen now. And then he'd just leave Alex to cook and be good and whatever... Merlin, Alex really did not want to try his luck on picking a shot glass. Nerves fluttered in his stomach and his hands were shaking. He just wanted to cook and then go home. Was it really much to ask?
Then his brain made a connection. Brent. Friend's pet. What... What was Jackie going on about? Alex glanced over at Robb and sucked in a nervous breath. Robb's pet? Alex swallowed, feeling the leather brush against his Adam's apple as it worked. Brent had his own Jackie? Forget going home... he was going straight to Brent's place after this. He needed to make sure he was alright...
"After the meal is done... I just want to go home... por favor." Alex said almost in whisper as he stirred the sauce to Robb's fettucine alla bolognese that threatened to bubble and spit viciously. "So... just leave me alone."

Aiden was pushing it. He really was. Yelling at Jackie in his own home, telling him what not to do, stopping his pet from playing a game with him... Jackie closed his eyes for a moment and took a couple of calming breaths. Just as well the guy was his only best friend, otherwise he wouldn't of held it in. Instead, Jackie managed a smile, a weak, forced one, but a smile nonetheless.
"You'll have your way with me? I don't like the sound of that." He chided softly, pulling away from Aiden when the man kissed his forehead. He waved his hand lazily as he walked away from the kitchen, leaving Alex to finish preparing dinner in peace. "I guess you don't mind that he poisoned Brent for the hell of it."
Jackie slung the healer's pouch onto the coffee table and, with a small grumble, slouched into a corner of the sofa. He sipped his wine quietly, staring ahead at a painting on the opposite wall. Jackie was sulking. He didn't like being told "no". But what could he do? He couldn't be rude to his guest. So Jackie would wait until later to entertain himself. "Be quiet, pet. You'll do what I ask you to do." Jackie growled, finishing his glass and balancing it on his chest. "You might go home, you might not. Just shut up and behave."

Aiden froze. Alex poisoned Brent? His Bren-bren? And to think that he was going to let the healer walk away unscratched. That wasn't going to happen down. Aiden placed his glass on the table and back slapped Alex. "How dare you do such a foul thing to my pet?" Aiden hissed as Alex as he grabbed the healer's hair.
"On second thought, would you like another kind of game Jackie? A game that I would love to watch you play with Alex?" Aiden said coldly. He had a dangerous smirk on his face which Aiden knew Jackie would know as the Devil's smirk. Once it was on Aiden's face, nothing was going to make it go away fast.
"This pet of yours have indeed been naughty... To have harmed my pet is a serious crime.... Jackie what will you allow me to do to him? Since he is your pet and all..." Aiden asked, still holding on to Alex's hair.

Alex heard Jackie's steps taking him to the sitting room and the young man felt a sliver of relief in his stomach. Robb had got him out of a poisoning because, knowing the terrible streak of luck Alex was having, the glass he would've chose wouldn't of been just wine. But his relief was short-lived and was replaced by shock and a burning pain in his cheek.
Alex made a small noise of surprise on being smacked by the very same man that had just saved him in a way. His hand flew up to his glowing cheek and gasped when the man grabbed a fistful of his hair. It hurt, lots. Alex clenched his eyes tightly shut, trying to hold in the salty water that wanted to spill down his cheeks.
"I-It was just to... to... he... it was for Chase! H-He kissed another guy!" Alex tried to explain in earnest, his own fingers snaking into his hair where his scalp screamed. "I-I had the antidote! I gave... I gave i-it him right away! N-No me hagan daño."
Alex opened his large, honey brown eyes and looked over at Jackie. Maybe... he'd help? Help Alex? And stop this? Alex was his pet, maybe he wouldn't approve of his friend treating him like this. Right now, all he could do was hope.

Jackie was woken from his sulky trance by the harsh cracking of a smack that echoed throughout his hotel suite. He shifted around on his seat and raised an eyebrow. Aiden was holding his pet by his hair and he was nursing a reddened cheek. So... Aiden did care that Alex had poisoned his Brent after all. Jackie smirked. So he was going to get to play in the end.
"Sure, I'll play another kind of game." Jackie said, his tone low and silky. He'd seen Aiden's grin. It wasn't often he saw a smirk as sickly sinister as this one but when he did... he knew Aiden was in one of his darker moods. "He harmed your pet so... I guess that means you get to choose. There's... so many things I'd like to do."
Jackie was beside Alex now, running his hand gingerly over the blemish on his face. What he wouldn't do to the boy. Hearing the pasta begin to bubble over, Jackie took a metal spoon and gave it a quick stir. Alex was babbling some lame excuse over Brent. Jackie growled and pressed the steaming spoon onto his upper arm. "Didn't I tell you to shut up and behave? You've brought this on yourself so... be quiet."

Aiden didn't stop Jackie when he pressed the hot ladle on Alex's arm. He held the healer firmly so that he wouldn't be able to get away from his grasp. Aiden turned to Jackie, "Jackie, will you kindly prepare your bed for Alex? I think he needs to lie down for a little bit... He did fall on the floor all of a sudden." Aiden said with a smile. "I shall carry him there and I shall explain the rules of the new game." he added before picking up Alex.
He then whispered to Alex's ear, "I would have helped you escape... But you dared to harm my pet and that is something I can look pass. You shall have to be taught a lesson." he whispered then turned to Jackie. "The rules are simple really..." He placed Alex on the bed and summoned a bundle of thick ropes. Aiden tied Alex's hands to the header of the bed.
"First up, Jackie shall have to teach you never to harm other people... I don't care if my pet kissed another. What is it to me? That's Jackson's fault. He knew that Brent can be a bit... Shall we say, playful..." he said with a smirk. "Jackie, please tie your pet's legs to make sure he doesn't kick you later on." Aiden was going to enjoy this night.

Alex wasn't prepared for the scalding metal to be pressed into his arm. Shocked by the pain, Alex tried to prise himself from Aiden's tight grasp while crying out. It hurt like a bitch, he'd admit that much. The blood pumping in his ears drowned out any words uttered by the men and he stood there, held up by Robb, shivering and breathing shallow. The Spaniard swallowed dryly when he spied the angry burn on his arm. I can heal that... no hay problema.
But then Alex began to panic. He was being picked up by the bastard that backhanded him just before. He was not going wherever he was going. He just wasn't. So he fought, almost headbutting Robb when he began to whisper sinister words in his ear. Alex's panic only deepened when he saw where he was being taken and, well, when Robb conjured up those ropes, the tight feeling of dread he felt in his chest was indescribable.
"I-I don't want t-to play! No quiero jugar! No quiero!" Alex cried out, kicking his legs should Jackie dare to grab them and tie them like Robb was doing. This was like one of those nightmares you get and wake up sweating to find yourself alone in your room. But now there was no waking up. Just praying to an intangible superior force that this wouldn't end badly.
"M-My fiancé is going to fucking kill you both!" He shrieked shrilly, pulling his elbows down and his knees up as far as they could go. He just wanted to curl up in a ball. Being tied up was probably the worst feeling ever. Feeling vulnerable was a bitch. "Reid'll get you! He will! He'll find you! And he'll fucking kill you!"
