This was why Jackie was best friends with Aiden. The guy shared so many twisted traits with him that the pair could easily have a riot together. Just a shame that Alexander was there tonight. Shame? Whatever... Jackie wanted to know what little game his friend had thought of. He sort of owed it to Aiden seeing as it was his pet that had caused harm to Aiden's.
Jackie loved how slender Alex was. Everything about him was like so. His neck, arms, torso, legs and, of course, ankles. The boy was obviously trying to make sure Jackie couldn't get a grip on them but, to be honest, it would be useless. He was so much stronger and Alex, well, wasn't. He made little work of tieing up the frightened healer's ankles and, with all his struggling, probably did the knots a bit too tight. But who cared? Not Jackie.
"Will you just shut up you fucking bitch." Jackie growled, coming right up to Alex's face and giving the boy a well deserved slap. He wanted him to have matching cheeks and leave them both rosy instead of just the one. "Cry all you want for your precious Rutherford because, guess what, pet? He's not fucking coming for you. I bet he doesn't even miss you."
Jackie shot the wall a single, worried glance. How thick were they? Should he fret over whether he had neighbours that could possibly hear? The "I was watching a horror film" excuse didn't always work. He didn't want to gag Alex, he loved those high-pitched squeaks he made when he was scared senseless, he wanted to hear them all.
"So... what do you want to do with him?" Jackie asked, dusting off his hands as he looked down hungrily at his nearly immobilized pet. "I'm good with whatever. Just not death. He can't heal that." But cuts, burns, bruises... all that he could. Jackie smirked sadistically. He was going to gave fun tonight.

Aiden accio'd a sharp and stainless knife in his hands and wordlessly silenced Alex. No matter how loud the healer was going to scream, no one else would hear him. "You see Jackie, you have to options to this game. You either touch him with your hands, caress every inch of this man or..." Aiden handed Jackie the knife.
"Or you make him obey you by writing down the bad things he did in his arms and body." he said with a smiled then turned to Alex. "I got this knife from Egypt a few years ago. Whatever thing this knife cuts, not magic can heal. It will leave scars on the human body when used." Aiden explained.
Then he turned back to Jackie, "What will you do Jackie? Option 1 or Option 2? Your choice really. I'll just watch." Aiden smiled at Jackie.

Alex felt sick. He had a queasy feeling of unease in his stomach and his head felt light, as if he hadn't eaten in about two days. The constricting feeling in his chest was still there, accompanying his frantically pounding heart. He was going to have an anxiety attack, he could feel it brewing. He hadn't had one of these babies in what felt years since he hadn't really been this on edge. Ever.
A silent whimper escaped Alex's parted lips on seeing the knife. This wasn't happening. It couldn't be happening. So he was either going to have smooth, unblemished, ivory skin mutilated or he was... Alex didn't even want to think about it. The Healer turned his head sideways, trying to hide his face under his arm. He didn't even stop the tears now, or the shakes, or his obvious distress. He just concentrated on breathing, ignoring the choking feeling, and praying that something good would fucking happen.
Alex's thoughts flew to his fiancé. Never had he wanted someone so badly before. Reid would make things better. Reid would save him. Reid... had no fucking idea that he was here. Another muted cry followed that thought. How was he going to tell him about this? About Jackie? About everything? Alex had no idea. But he was going to have to tell him. Whatever happened.

Option one or option two? Jackie hated choosing when both choices appealed to him immensely. Maybe... he could have both and just alternate between them? Sliding the knife offered to him through his hands, he knew he was going to cut Alex. He had to. He knew he should care that the poor boy would scar but, to be truthful, he didn't.
"You should really know better than to hand me a knife." Jackie said in a hushed voice, oblivious to his pet's upset. The man almost seemed detached; his eyes were glazed and his mouth was dry, staring fixated into metallic sheen the ornate blade gave off. Was it bad that he had the sudden urge to plunge it into Alex's chest? Right up to the decorative hilt?
Jackie pressed the flat side of the knife against Alex's warmed cheek before gently sliding it downwards. Off his cheek, across his jaw, down his neck and onto his shirt. The sharpened edge glided effortlessly under the buttons to the boy's shirt. One, two, three, four, five... they all were sliced off, one by one, in a single seamless movement.
The Italian didn't even try to hide the fact that he was getting off on this. It was just so fucking beautiful. Jackie wanted to touch, kiss, caress every single bit of Alex's body, taking the knife with him while he did it. But first... he needed more fucking wine. With a shivery breath, Jackie pulled away from Alex and tossed the knife in Aiden's direction.
"Need a drink." Jackie slurred, drunk on the whole experience, before disappearing from the room. He poured himself a generous helping from the bottle, unbeknown to him that it was indeed spiked. Jackie tossed the now empty glass onto the sofa after downing its contents. He needed to relax, keep his head, and not lose control of himself like the last toy he had. It had ended messily. He didn't want a repeat of that. Blood was hard to wash out of clothes.
But... when Jackie headed back to the bedroom, he felt oddly heavy. His feet didn't feel right and they dragged reluctantly across the carpet. Maybe he was overdoing this "relaxing" thing and taking it too far. He felt sluggish. Everything was blurry now. He could barely make out Aiden's form in the haze of colours that he was seeing.
And then, Jackie didn't see at all as he slumped against the door like a dead weight. The spiked wine had taken effect and Jackie Piazza was out for the count.

Aiden sighed in relief. Good thing Jackie thought of getting himself a drink first before doing anything to Alex. Aiden stood up and made his way to the unconscious Jackie. "Took him long to have that drink. I almost thought he'd hurt you first before he drank his wine again." Aiden said as he carefully carried Jackie to the sofa and placed his sleeping friend there.
Then Aiden when to the bedroom and sat beside Alex. Aiden had his wand out and healed Alex's burn. "I'm sorry that he had to burn you. I didn't think he'd do it with me watching and holding you." he told Alex and repaired back the buttons of the healer's clothes. He then untied Alex and helped him up.
"Hand me a poison and its antidote. A poison that won't kill me fast. What you need to do is make a note and leave the antidote on top of it. I shall place the poison on the meal you prepared for me and I shall eat it as if you were still tied up." Aiden said and cut the rope in two slices so that it'll look like it was cut and not untied.
"Next time, do not go out alone, Healer Torres. Jackie will do everything to have his revenge. Stay somewhere else. Just not back in your apartment, wherever it is. Because I'm sure he knows where you live." Aiden said as he left the bedroom and came back with Alex's jacket and bag. "And I truly sorry to have slapped you. But if I didn't, he'd know that I was wavering and he'd never let me forget it. I'm the only one Jackie listens too." Aiden said as he helped Alex up.
"You better make that letter now and I shall poison myself in the kitchen. Keep yourself away from Jackie, Healer Torres. You might not be so lucky the next time he gets you." Aiden said as he took a poison vile and left the bedroom and headed to the kitchen.
Aiden got a plate from the rack and a fork. He took the vile and mixed the vile of poison and vanished the vile into oblivion. He mixed it with a smile on his face and took a nice helping for himself. He went to the dinning table and smiled as he prepared to eat the poisoned meal. And without second thoughts, Aiden began to eat.
He could feel hotness boiling in his stomach and kept eating. Then, his vision began to blur then his head began to grow heavy. And after a few more minutes, Aiden fell face forward on the plate and passed out.

Alex fell quiet when he heard the dull thud of a dead weight slide to the floor. Squinting and making little hiccup noises, he saw that Jackie had fallen unconscious. But... why? He didn't understand. But he didn't question it either. Alex was thankful that someone had listened to his quiet pleas. Maybe there was a superior force after all.
But when Robb advanced towards him, the young man froze. He watched, confused, as the other man healed the burn on his arm and talked to him. But... this man was the one who slapped him? Held him while Jackie burnt him? Suggested this "game"? It was all... to trick Jackie? So did that mean Robb was a traitor? Whatever this meant... Jackie deserved it. The only thing Alex could wish was that the wine hadn't just been spiked with sleeping draught. He would of preferred poison.
"An... antidote? O.. Okay." Alex whispered, letting himself be aided to a stand by his new saviour and taking his pouch and waistcoat. Robb mentioned how Jackie would be out for revenge. That worried Alex greatly because he knew it could only be true. The man would come round fuming about this. But... where did Alex go? What about Reid? "Jackie paid me a visit once... in my flat. I should... go to Chase's." He was talking more so to himself, just to voice his thoughts as his brain was still foggy and struggling to grasp everything that had happened.
"I... um... thanks... I guess... for stopping him." Alex mumbled, tripping over his own words while he scribbled out how much antidote Robb was to take. Strangely enough he didn't even doubt giving the man the correct antidote. He could've easily even him a wrong one and put an end to Jackie's friend. But... Alex owed him. So he left the antidote, along with a small note, on the coffee table. Administer fifteen drops before 5a.m otherwise your friend'll be in deep shit. Simple and to the point.
Quietly as he could, Alex tiptoed over to Jackie and crouched beside him. With shaking hands, he slipped his fingers into his pocket. Alex stared right into Jackie's face the whole while, fearing the man would stir, wake up and see him. But he quickly found what he was looking for: his engagement ring. Alex pressed it to his lips and scurried away as fast as he could for the door, shutting it behind him before tearing down the corridor, wanting to put as much distance as he could between himself and that sick, twisted man.
When Alex hit the main street, reality came crashing down. He had escaped by the skin of his teeth. A strange, a complete fucking stranger, had saved him. No Reid, no Chase, no Brent. A stranger. If it weren't for him... Alex's chest tightened painfully just trying to think about it. He couldn't go home. That would be the first place Jackie would look. He'd go to Chase's new house, maybe Jackie didn't know where that was yet. Plus he knew about Jackie so he'd help him, look after him, comfort him and give him everything he needed right now. Alex just needed some reassurance that Jackie wouldn't hurt him any more.

Forget two glasses, when Jackie came round he felt as though he had drank two bottles. With a low groan, he blinked open his eyes and lay there for about a minute while his vision focused and grew accustomed to the light. What the hell had happened? Everything seemed foggy when he tried to recall the minutes before blacking out. He remembered Alex, beautiful and scared, tied to his bed. Aiden was there too. He got a drink, walked back and...
Jackie's face darkened. Alex was a dead man walking. That little bitch had something to do with this. Whatever he had done, he was the one that dabbled with potions as part of his job so Jackie assumed this was his doing. He was a slippery fox, just like he had warned Aiden.
And speaking of his friend... where was he? What had happened? Jackie lifted himself off the sofa and headed for the bedroom where he had last seen both him and his friend. The room was empty. The only clue to what had gone on was some cut ropes. So Alex had escaped? Jackie began to piece together what he guessed to have happened. Alex had spiked the wine. Jackie out cold, he had managed to get the knife which he had left on the bed, freeing himself. And... Aiden? Jackie left the bedroom, face like thunder, searching for his friend in the large hotel suite.
"...Aiden!" Jackie blurted out, concern replaced the fury on his features. His friend was slumped on the dinner table, seemingly unconscious. Alex... that little, fucking bitch. Jackie rushed up to where his friend was and pushed him up to a seat. There was no colour at all in his face besides the constant trickle of scarlet dripping from his nose. Poison. Alex's speciality by the looks of it. That was when Jackie spotted a vial on the other end of the table. With it was a note. He reached over and grabbed both. Jackie recognized Alex's pretty writing anywhere. He bunched up the note in his fist and scowled at the antidote. Alex was in for it.
"I'll fucking get him for this, that whore." Jackie hissed to Aiden, tilting his head back once again to drip drops of antidote into his open mouth. "I'm so embarrassed. Sorry, Aiden." That was probably what angered Jackie the most: the embarrassement of having this happen to both him and his friend. All he had wanted was to have a little fun with his pet and maybe have his friend just watch or join in. Alex was fucking dead or worse when Jackie got his hands on that little fragile neck of his.
"C'mon on, Aid. Be good for Jackie and wake up." Jackie mumbled, bringing his face up close to Aiden's and giving his cheek little pats, trying to snap him out of it now he'd given the antidote. "Aideen... Oh, Aiden, honey. Time to wake up now."

Aiden thought he was going to die. He could feel that his life was leaving his body and he didn't know how much pain he could endure. He wanted to die instead. Leave everything behind him and just die. Aiden knew that he was going to hell anyway, so what's the point of delaying the trip? But then he thought of Jackie. Precious and beloved Jackie. Aiden couldn't just leave him alone.
Then, in the blackness of his mind, he heard a familiar voice calling out to him. Aide knew the voice that was calling his name. It was Jackie's. Jackie was calling him. It meant that Aiden couldn't leave Jackie yet. HE had to protect Jackie and stay by Jackie's side until Jackie makes him leave or when Aiden dies. That was the only time he was going to leave Jackie forever, when he dies. Cause if Jackie makes Aiden leave, Aiden will stay close by. He'll watch and protect Jackie from afar.
Slowly, Aiden opened his eyes. he blinked multiple times because his sight was blurry. There was still a burning feeling from the pit of his stomach. Yes, it was still there but it was slowly disappearing. Aiden tried to smile as he heard Jackie call him 'honey'. Jackie had never called him that before. "Y-you're alright... I thought something bad happened to you... But you were just asleep... I'm s-sorry Jackie.." Aiden said. "I didn't get to protect you like I promised... After I placed you on the couch, I got hungry and was a little to confident since your pet was tied up, he wouldn't be able to go anywhere." He tried to move but his body ached all over.
"Ugh... This sucks... After I talked to him that he wouldn't be able to get away from me, I went to the kitchen to have a plate of what he cooked and thought that he wasn't able to poison it because we both watched him carefully... We did, didn't we?" Aiden tried to smile despite the pain he was feeling. "Then when I was eating the food, I knew something was wrong after four or five bites... Then I blacked out..." Aiden sighed. He held Jackie's face lovingly. "I thought I was going to die. I almost wanted to just die and go to hell. But then you called out to me... My very own dark angel..." Aiden chuckled but then coughed. Blood spats came out. "Must be the side effects... I know I won't die now... I came back... I had to come back. You called me and I came back for you... My sweet but twisted Jackie... How I would have regretted it for eternity to have died and left you alone." Aiden told him.
Aiden began to think. Jackie had always been there with him. Through the best times of his life and through the hell of the worse. Jackie stood by his side and Aiden had been with Jackie too. Aiden loved Jackie and would never leave him, ever. Then it hit Aiden. He loved Jackie. He loves Jackie still. Always had. "Jackie... I..." Aiden didn't know how to say it. And he didn't know what would Jackie say. For the first time ever, Aiden was truly scared. Scared that he would lose Jackie if he told Jackie that he loved him.

"Its alright, Aiden. I'm fine now. And you're... almost fine." Jackie reassured Aiden. He seemed really moved by all this and had honestly worried about him. It pained Jackie to see his friend in such a state; he felt an actual ache in his chest seeing Aiden like this. He knew the worst was over but his body looked undoubtedly damaged from the poison, something that Jackie could only expect. "Little dark angel? Cute, Aiden." Jackie chuckled, holding his friend's gaze for a moment.
"If you had died, I would've killed you. Revived you some way and killed you. No one abandons me." Jackie actually didn't know what he would've done if Aiden would have died. Aiden was everything to him. Would he have cried? He definitely would have missed his friend terribly, that was for sure. Jackie whipped out a white and navy embroidered handkerchief from his breast pocket and began to dab the blood from his Aiden's face and mouth. His breathing hitched just the slightest on spotting the smear of crimson on the colourless silk. Jackie swallowed dryly and went back to cleaning Aiden's face
"I'll get him for this, Aiden. I really will." Jackie hissed through clenched teeth. "I'll take a blunt knife to his skin, cut him, heal him and do it again. Over and over again until his throat is raw from screaming." And all those screams will be just for you. Jackie was running out of white on the silken cloth, something that just got his thirst for revenge even stronger. There was no way he was going to let this slide. How dare Alex harm Aiden. How fucking dare he.

Aiden allowed Jackie to clean him up since he couldn't do it himself. Aiden wondered if he could stop time and allowed them to stay that way a little longer. A smile came into Aiden's face. "I'd never abandon you Jackie. Never. I came back when you called me. I did, didn't I?" Aiden said with a low voice, almost a whisper. He was so tired from the near death experience but was willing to take it all, to have Jackie beside him for all of eternity. then Aiden, mustering what little strength he could, held Jackie's hand.
"No more Jackie... Please... No more revenge... No more Alex and Brent... Can't we just go and leave them all behind? Start somewhere else with just us... I... I think that..." Aiden was getting really nervous and he was sweating now. Both because he was nervous and because his body was aching all over and he was trying to be the macho man and not make it seem that he was really in pain.
"Jackie... Would you like to stay with me? Somewhere in this big world where no one will bother us... Will you like that?" Aiden asked him. It was indirectly saying, I want to be with you and you alone. Please stay with me and never leave me. But since its Aiden, he knew Jackie would never hear Aiden say anything straight forward and would go around the fence rather than just leap over it.

"No, Aiden. I have to do this." Jackie told his friend sternly. "See it as a gift if you wish. You know I'll find it rude if you reject it. I'll break my pet for you." Normally, Jackie might've listened to what his friend asked of him. But not today. He was too furious at Alex to be able to just forget this.
These were some terrible side-effects Aiden was having. The man had began to sweat and when he spoke, there was what Jackie made out to be a small quavering to it. He pressed the back of his hand to Aiden't forehead. He seemed a touch warm. Probably the antidote still working to neutralize the last bit of poison.
"You need to lie down. Come. Lean all your weight on me." Jackie threaded his arm under his weakened friend's armpits to guide him over to the sofa. He made sure he was comfortable before sitting down himself. Jackie didn't know what else to do and he didn't like it. For once he felt powerless. And he hated it. He'd never wanted so much for someone's suffering to end. Aiden was the only person he hated to see this way. It was painful. He just wanted to make it better.
"Just... you and me?" What was Aiden talking about? Was he delirious? His friend seemed rather odd. Jackie slid down so he could lay beside him and keep him company while the antidote did its trick. "Aiden... that's a pretty big thing you're asking... are you sure? Not that I-I wouldn't mind. I mean, like, y-you're my friend, correct? I'd go anywhere for you." Jackie was staring up at the ceiling. He was stuttering? There was a peculiar giddiness in his stomach, one that he wasn't accustomed to. Perhaps he had also been poisoned? It would explain this bizarre turn.

Aiden knew better than to argue with Jackie when his anger was still at his peak. He decided to say yes for now and calm the man down before asking again. "Alright... But you have to promise me that it won't happen for now... give it a little time... I want to know what you have in mind and what to be part of it." Aiden told Jackie. He allowed Jackie to help him move to the couch even if it was really painful. He tried to not say anything. He didn't want Jackie to get anymore angrier at Alex than he already was.
He tried to be as comfortable as he possibly could. Then he smiled at Jackie. "I know that its a big request and I am very sure of it, Jackie. We need to go to some place where no one will know who we are... A place we can breathe and relax for a little while... I am your friend, Jackie. And I would never leave you. Not unless you tell me too. It's either you tell me to leave your or I die. Those are the only two way for me to leave you." Aiden told Jackie sincerely.
Aiden placed a hand on Jackie's cheek and smiled a little, "You know how much I care about you right? I would never let anyone hurt you. they better kill me first before they could lay a finger on you... Well, except for now. But I promise that you'll never be in danger again. I'll protect you with everything I got." He told Jackie.

"Fine.... I won't go looking for him just yet. Might even be better this way... let the little bitch think he's off the hook. Then get him. Perfect." Jackie was smirking to himself, eyes glazed over in thought. He was going to make Alex wish he'd never messed with Aiden and Jackie. Especially Aiden. "I want to do everything to him. I'll bleed him for you with a dull knife. Then I'll prove to him that he's nothing more that a little whore." Jackie didn't know why his friend wasn't as excited as himself about getting revenge for what his pet had done tonight. It wasn't like him. But Jackie put it down to the poison. Aiden was probably tired.
"But... I think I may release him of the collar, Aiden. He's been fun but... after this I don't think I'll want him anymore." Jackie sighed and pressed his cheek into Aiden's clammy hand. "Then we can disappear together. A break from this.... sounds wonderful. Just me and you. Like old times." The Italian managed a little smile. It always touched him how Aiden would look out for him. But, tonight, it felt even more meaningful. Aiden would never leave him. And Jackie liked that. Even through the tangle of games, pets, twisted humour and jokes, he had found himself someone that actually meant something. Someone that he actually hoped no harm would ever come to. "I'm never going to banish you from my presensce. I need you, Aiden. Without you I'd... I don't know I'd be. Maybe a hollow shell of a man or something less. If you ever go I don't know what I'd do. I think everything would sadly lose its appeal."
The strange sensation in his stomach had spread to his torax. Jackie felt something he could only describe as palpitations in his chest. He closed his eyes with a sigh, looking at Aiden seemed to just make it worse. "I believe I may have fallen ill as well, friend. Or I just need something to eat."

Aiden was glad that Jackie would go with him. He wanted to just have Jackie now. No more Brent. No more Alex. No one else, just them. Yes, Aiden had fallen in love with his dearest friend and just realized it. But he was glad that it was Jackie. It wouldn't have been the same if it were someone else. "Jackie... My dearest and sweet Jackie... I'd die if I lose you. I don't know what I would do. I'll probably go on a killing spree to calm me down..." Aiden tried to laugh but he coughed instead. His throat felt like it was being burned.
Then when Jackie said that he felt ill, Aiden turned and looked worried. "How are you feeling? Why do you feel ill, Jackie? Tell me. What can I do to make you feel better? Please... I can't lose you now... Not now..." He said. But Aiden still couldn't say that he was in love with Jackie. He didn't know how. Keeping such a secret was making him sicker. Maybe he should just say it out right. but what if Jackie says that their just friends? That'll kill Aiden. He already got that line from Brent. If Jackie said it too, Aiden would end up killing himself.
"Jackie, please stay with me... For a little while... Beside me..." Aiden said as he moved to give space for Jackie. He just wanted to lay and hold Jackie. The fear of losing Jackie was growing stronger with Aiden and he was looking for the right time to tell Jackie. His Jackie.

Jackie frowned when what was meant to of been a laugh turned into a raspy cough. He lifted his hand and gently ran his fingers along Aiden's throat. It was different from Alex's, whose was thin and breakable. Jackie didn't know what to do to make his friend feel better. He couldn't take him to St. Mungo's to get him checked out. Poison always rang alarm bells and aroused suspicions.
Jackie faltered for a moment on how to respond to Aiden's question. How exactly did he feel? He felt peculiar, bordering on ill. Yet the foreign feeling in his chest and stomach wasn't exactly menacing. It felt okay in a way. Almost pleasant. Something which just puzzled him more. His palms were clammy, heartbeat thundering, stomach and chest tickling, and still he felt alright. He just felt the need to be closer to Aiden.
"I just feel a bit off... nothing too bad. Trust me." Jackie smiled, sliding down to join Aiden on the sofa. "Like... when you're about to dive on a broomstick... that feeling. Just constant." He brought his head down to share the cushion with Aiden and fell silent. He watched Aiden with unreadable hazel eyes. His friend was the only one that ever got to see him like this: quiet, still, caring. Everything Jackie usually wasn't.
He lifted his hand and settled it on Aiden's hip, sliding his thumb under his shirt and rubbing little circles just on the bone there. "I guess it goes without saying that you're welcome to stay the night." Jackie hummed a small chuckle deep in his throat, still stroking Aiden gently yet not getting any closer, wary of invading his personal space a touch too much.
