Minna was sitting on her sofa, facing the fireplace. She was waiting for Maryn to floo in with her bags. The fight between her and Brent had gone from bad to the very worst way of ending. Now, Maryn was going to stay with her temporarily until she figures out what she wanted to do next.
She sighed in frustration, "Serʹezno , eti dvoe dolzhny prosto podatʹ razvoda i zakonchitʹ vse eto.*" she said in Russian. She had been studying other languages for the past few months out of interest and boredom. Russian was her current focus.
In someways, though they weren't married that long, at least Maryn knew how it felt to be married and walk down the aisle in a white dress. Minna sighed again. Her family name was indeed a blessing and a curse to her.
*Seriously, those two should just file a divorce and end the whole thing.

Minna had taken a sip of her coffee when Maryn arrived. With a snap of a finger, both Lyra and Polaris appeared. "Polaris, take Maryn's luggage and bring it to her room. The one I asked you to prepare for her. Lyra, please make some tea and a sandwich for Maryn. I'm sure she has yet to have eaten anything before she left her house." Minna said as she magically refilled her coffee.
"So, how's the revenge plot going? Did you really go with the 'I'm preganant and your the father' ploy?" she asked Maryn as she point to the armchair opposite of her to sit down. "Make sure you leave no details unsaid. Because I have a surprise for you as well." Minna said as she gave Maryn her famous slytherin smirk.
Maryn knew that when Minna used that smirk, she was planning something diabolical and would amuse her enough to have actually set her idea in action.

Minna just had to laugh. She knew that Maryn would instantly knew what her surprise would be when Minna showed her the smirk. "Well, you ex-husband wasn't too nice to when he found he at his damned choir room. I thought that I could be civil with him, even for just a few moments. I even cried because I envied his life." Minna began as her hands curled into fists.
"However, he was really an arse so I stunned him and cast a water repelling charm that only I could take off. But he doesn't know about the charm. But I'm sure he'll find out soon enough." Minna smirked again. She crossed her arms and legs.
"As for my surprise, I sent my best student, Andrew Maxwell, to try and seduce the idiot. If he couldn't be seduced, well, getting the idiot into trouble with Jackson is enough revenge. Knowing how much that Lion Head loves the idiot." Minna explained.
"Andrew has yet to owl me how my plot went and if Chase had caught them red handed. Let that me two plots in one go and an added bonus: Having Chase and Brent have a huge fight." she smiled at Maryn.

Minna watched the change of expressions on Maryn's face. Then she sighed. "But it will take more than Chase catching Brent with Andrew. A lot more. They seemed to be really in love and all that crap that they feel. We need to come up with a better, more devious plan to break them up for a small length of time. Just enough to get Brent alone and hurt him." Minna said and narrowed her eyes at Maryn.
"That wouldn't be a problem with you, right Maryn?" Minna's voice was not cold. "You did say that you loved him and all. Will hurting him hurt you as well?" Minna's stare meant 'make up your mind: hurt him or leave him be? Choose quickly.' and she turned to look at the elf that just came. "Thank you, Lyra. Please fetch me another cup of coffee from the kitchen as well." she told the elf.
The elf bowed. "Yes, Mistress Minna. Lyra shall gets your coffee." then the elf was gone. "Mistress, Polaris has placed the bags of the Mistress' guest in the new bedroom." the male elf said as he appeared and bowed. "Thank you, Polaris. Now you may get back to your backyard chores." Minna said and the elf left.
She turned back to look at Maryn, "So, Maryn, What's it going to be?"

deserve this. He'd hurt her. And, of course, he was going to pay the price. She wanted to cause him as much pain as possible. Maybe she'd feel guilty later but, that was nothing to worry about yet. Maryn just wanted to get on with it. "Let's go through with it. I haven't got any objections." she nodded firmly. It was the truth. Maryn was going to do this, she was now certain of it. Her and Minna were unbeatable. She knew that from experience. They'd gone through many plans in the past, most of which had been successful. Maryn hoped this would be another of those plans that came out with the pair of them on top.[/ul]

Minna smirked again. She stood up and patted Maryn of the head like she used to do when they were young, when Maryn would agree to whatever Minna who say. "I know I can always count of you, Maryn." she said sweetly. And it was like when they were in Hogwarts as students. Never had a plan of theirs gone wrong.
"This will be just like the old times. The difference is, this time we can kick it up a few notches and not get into trouble with the teachers, since we're the teachers now." Minna was already formulating a plan in her mind which she would reveal to Maryn later on.
"So, tell me what happened and how the idiot took you news that your pregnant with his child?" she asked. It was too good to miss.

Minna nodded and agreed. The idiot was indeed predictable. "Well, we're always careful. The idiot's friends don't work at Hogwarts so there isn't much problem there. All we have to be careful is to not let the whole thing go over our heads. The last thing we need is to attract the attention of the Head Mistress." Minna said as she paced back and forth in front of the fire place.
Then she stopped. This calls for immediate recruitment. "We need more hands if we want McKinney to suffer hard." Minna started then smirked. "And I know one man who will be more than willing to help us." She didn't want to ask for his help but in order for Maryn to be avenge to satisfy Minna, she knew that asking for Turner's help was coming.
"however, we must be careful around him. Turner is my double edged sword. If i ask him for help, he will likely ask for something in return. And McArthur will be the perfect cover for our plans since that man seems nice and innocent enough." she finished then turned to Maryn.
"Did you know that Vladimir was in our year? But he must be either in Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. I never noticed him then." she told her friend with a look of worry. Vladimir was not a man Minna wanted to meddle in since she barely knew him. But she needed the extra help. Sacrifices shall be made.

of fun, Maryn knew it. She couldn't wait to see how Brent was going to handle everything. It obviously wasn't going to be good considering the way he'd already reacted to everything else life had thrown at him over the years. Maryn's eyes widened slightly in surprise. "Really? I never really noticed him either. But I guess a lot of people that never got caught up in our scheming one way or another, I never really knew. Do you think we'll be able to trust him though?"[/ul]

Minna shook her head. "Either way, the man's presence during our student years is irrelevant now. What we need to find out is if he will be worth bringing into our plan. And if he is worth trusting about this plan." she said but then had a feeling that Vlad will be all too willing to help them. She smirked.
"Turner will be the one we have to watch out for. He is strange and when I say strange, it means his dangerous to cross. I know it when meeting a person once. And Turner is not a man I wish to cross swords with, Maryn." she said coldly. She hated Turner and she wasn't going to hide it.
"Something about him makes my blood curl when I hear his name. He's a threat to me and possibly to you as well. And you know when we face threatening people, we have to get them on our side. It's better to have him as an ally than an enemy." she added before standing still.

about his earlier years, it would help us decipher whether of not we would be liable to trust him..." Maryn mused out loud. There must be something one of them could remember that would help them... even if it was just something small, it might trigger more memories if Maryn actually had any. Not really knowing Turner, Maryn's eyes narrowed a little, she was obviously inclined to believe Minna. "I'll take your word for it. Not having him on our side would be foolish, I have to say." she nodded. How exactly they were going to get these men to help them out, Maryn still wasn't quite sure of. "So, do we... talk to them? Or is there something else you have in mind to convince them to aid us?" she finally voiced her wonderings to her best friend.[/ul]

Minna turned to Maryn, "Talking would be a start. But convincing them would be another. however, Turner will want something in exchange for his participation. That much I know." she said with a sigh of frustration. If it were possible, she didn't want to have anything to do with the guy. But this was important.
"I've had my fair share of run-in's with Turner and he seriously is dangerously annoying and an arse to be an enemy. He'll be more valuable that McArthur. But then again, I know nothing of Vladimir so that should be an answer to your question of knowing anything about the guy." Minna huffed as she sat back down.
Lyra had already brought her coffee. "Lyra, I want you to prepare a dinner for four people next weekend." she instructed her waiting elf. Minna faced Maryn, "We're inviting them for dinner. No need for us to make unnecessary hassles. We should just get straight to the point." she said with a smirk.
"If they don't agree..." she paused, "We'll have to make them agree." she told Maryn. "One way or another." Lyra bowed, "Lyra shall remember to make dinners for fours. What shall Lyra cooks, Mistress?" the elf asked.
"A small fiest for four, Lyra. Your good in cooking. You know best what to prepare." Minna told her elf with a smile. This pleased the elf and she smiled widely. "Thank yous, Mistress. Lyra shall not displease the Mistress. She's so kind to compliments a house elf like Lyra." then the elf disappeared.
"Now, time for us to discuss what she should tell them and what their roles may be when they agree in joining us, Maryn. And You shall be pregnant and sorrowful." Minna's evil brain has started to churn and process possible plans.
