Chase was irritated when they had came back so soon, but the only thing that got him unirritated was the fact that he would have Brent to himself when they left. He just laughed at Brent when he turned to stick tongue out at Reid, but didn't bother moving. Chase figured it would have to be him that moved, even though he was the one against the wall.
Walking a bit forward, pushing Brent too but not letting go of him yet. "You guys are so cruel." Chase said, trying to glare at them but ending up laughing. Chase finally let go of his grasp around Brent and walked over to the table, resisting the urge to kiss Brent again.
He went over to the table and grabbed his food. He sat down and opened his container to start eating. "How much do I owe you for mine and Brent's? Since you obviously didn't separate the bills." Chase laughed at him. He wasn't honestly going to curse him, but he didn't want Alex to have to pay for the entire thing.

Reid wished he could say that he was surprised by Brent's childish gesture, but he really wasn't. In retaliation he did the only thing he could think to do, he stuck his tongue out back at Brent. Crazy man.
He didn't think Alex would allow Chase to pay him back. He thought Alex thought he owed the guys something because of everything that happened tonight. Reid didn't really think his boyfriend needed to feel this guilt, but he didn't say anything. "Brent, wanna make a bet? I bet that Alex won't let Chase pay him back for the food. What do you say? Wanna take it?" He smirked. He knew he'd win that bet if Brent took it.
He looked at Alex while started eating his food. He smiled. Jay was amazing in his eyes. He just wanted to leave, but knew he had to eat first. He felt Alex squeeze his leg. He grabbed Alex's hand with his own. He wanted to kiss him, but didn't want to hear what Chase and Brent will say about it.

Alex looked at Reid and Brent in turn before slowly shaking his head with a scoff of laughter. But Brent had chosen well not to go along with the small bet - Alex had no plans of letting Chase pay for his and Brent's part of the order.
"Just drop it Chase. You always want to pay. Let me pay for once." Alex rubbed his thumb on Reid's hand which he held under the table. "Curse me. But I'm telling you now that you won't have much luck - you got me in the back before. Now I'm ready for it. And besides, Reid'll protect me." He waggled his plastic spoon at Chase in mock scolding while he gave Reid's hand another little squeeze. Then he went back to his rice and prawn crackers. By the looks of things he was going to have to eat all of his crackers before Brent finished his own - he wouldn't put it past him to try and wheedle a couple off Alex. He glanced down at his food - he'd manage only couple more crackers with rice, but then the rest he'd take home. Cold chinese at five in the morning was heaven to Alex.
"Same again next weekend? I'm guessing I'll be free." Alex said covering his mouth with his can. "But if we do do this again... Brent... Please. Food would be nice." He gave a little roll of his eyes and his gaze fell on Reid immediately after. He just looked at him. He was still getting his head around being officially together. The more he thought about it, the more his cheeks pinkened, so much so he had to look away before the bubble of giggle trapped inside his chest burst. He really did love Reid. Curses aside, today had been one of the best days.

Chase rolled his eyes at Reid and Brent. He knew they were right too. That Alex wouldn't accept money for the bill, but that didn't mean Chase couldn't try. "Oh shut up, you two." Chase laughed, smiling at them. Showing them he wasn't actually serious.
He watched Brent eat his prawn crackers. It was amusing to Chase how much he liked those things. "Fine... I'll give it up and not curse you. But for the record, I could totally take you on." Chase laughed before taking a bite of his rice. He probably couldn't, he didn't do much other than fight off animals here and then. He wasn't prepared for dueling a person. He wasn't incompetent when it came to one though. He thought he could hold his own.
"And don't worry, I'll take him shopping sometime this week. No matter how much he hates it..." Chase laughed, remembering their conversation when Chase spent the night a little while ago. He reached under the table and squeezed his knee before resting his arm on his leg. His hand brushing gently against the inside of Brent's thigh.

Reid smirked at Brent. He was a smart man to know Chase wouldn't win. He had figured it was a 50/50 shot Brent would actually take the bet, so he wasn't sad when he didn't.
He agreed with Alex, if they were going to come over next week there had better be some bloody food. This whole having to always eat out thing is a little old. "Maybe if you go shopping this week, you can try to talk Jay into making another meal. He's an amazing cook! I was sad to see that casserole go to waste."
He looked at his boyfriend with a smile. He loved that he could call him 'his'. He smiled when Alex held his hand. It felt nice to hold his hand. Reid wanted to leave soon so that he could spend some much needed quality time with Alex.

Alex raised an eyebrow at Chase - did he really think that? He didn't say anything for a minute and just calmly ate what was to be his last prawn cracker with a faint smile tickling his lips. When he finished, he brushed the crumbs away from the corners of his mouth and peered over at Chase. "Yeah? Well we'll have to see about that someday." Alex smirked, closing the lid on the rest of his egg fried rice after stuffing his remaining crackers in there. There was no way Brent was getting them. This was Alex's midnight snack. Or random thing to munch on if he lounged around drinking beer.
"But like, just wands. No fists... gotta make it fair." A ring of light, merry laughter rumbled in the bottom of Alex's throat. If physical force was allowed Alex wasn't too sure if there would be any competition. "But just for fun, o'course. Curious to see how you duel." He shrugged his shoulders and scooped up any stray grains of rice that might've escaped. He brushed his hands over the bin and turned around to his friends, hand on hip, waiting for them to finish. Alex's cheeks had flushed notably from Reid's comment on his cooking. He would never tire of it being complimented. He was honestly glad he could do something that someone could enjoy.
"Oh Reid. Hush." He giggled, walking over to him and standing behind, wrapping his arms around his neck and leaning his head on his shoulder. "But sure, I'll make something if you guys food shop. And you will food shop, Brent. Its not healthy eating just pizza and chinese. It doesn't give you a healthy glow."

Chase tried to ignore Alex laying his head on Reid. He wouldn't mind after a while, it was just a tad awkward to watch now considering Chase wasn't used to it. It'd just take a bit to get used to is all. Right? Let's sure hope. They got used to Chase and Brent. Chase supposed he could get used to seeing the two of them be all lovey.
Trying to take his mind off that he took another bite of his chicken and gently moved his thumb on Brent's thigh. Trying to make sure he wouldn't say anything to them. Trying to soothe himself by focusing on Brent. Nothing wrong with that, eh?
"You're going shopping with me. No one is going for you, Boo. You need to be a big boy." Chase said with a smirk towards his boyfriend. It wouldn't be that bad. "And then you'll like it because there will be more food in your house to eat." Chase knew that Brent had to be getting hungry whenever he went home. There was nothing to eat. Literally. He was surprised Alex had found something to make a casserole with, honestly.
